It is like possessing the seven precious things of a wheel-turning king. This shows that the vowed dharma contradicts its own nature. The so-called "power makes one happy" is just doing as one pleases. The so-called "there is power" refers to the Sutra of the Wheel-Turning King. Alternatively, the so-called "is substance" refers to the Sutra that teaches the ten dharmas of the non-learner. Even so, what is unreasonable? The Vaibhashikas say, if the scriptures say that things have two types of existence, substantial existence and imputed existence, how is that reasonable? The teacher elaborately stated that "this unreasonableness exists," here, whatever is substantially existent must be apprehended by direct perception or by inference. Among them, what is apprehended by direct perception is form, sound, etc., because it is apprehended by the five senses. What is apprehended by mind is also somewhat direct, because desire, hatred, etc., are self-aware. Eyes, ears, etc., if they exist or do not exist, are apprehended by inference because they exist and do not exist, because the actions of eye consciousness, etc., can be inferred. Attainment is neither apprehended by direct perception nor by inference, because the inference that establishes it is without fault. Therefore, the statement "the dharma of substance is impossible, therefore it is unreasonable" is established. Now, in order to open a debate and refute, the teacher elaborately stated, "If all dharmas are the cause of arising," whatever has attainment, because it has a cause, will arise, then it will not be unconditioned, because the unconditioned is not produced. For the dharmas that have not been attained, such as the forbearance of knowledge of suffering, and those that have been abandoned by changing grounds and detachment from desire, such as non-afflictions and afflictions in the desire realm, and those of higher grounds.

Of afflictive and non-afflictive ones, how do they arise in the realm, by returning or completely degenerating? Their attainment is non-existent, because it ceases in the unborn. If it is said that the cause of co-emergent attainment is related to their arising, then the co-emergent attainment, at that time, whatever is born, they are able to produce it, then at that time, what will the birth or the birth of the born do? Thus it is said, the nature of doing what, is doing what. Birth produces the dharma of its own characteristic, and the birth of birth produces that birth of its own nature. Therefore, if it is said that the birth of the dharmas of own characteristics is the cause of attainment, then what does birth do to it? Or if it is said that the birth of own nature is its cause, therefore it is said, what does the birth of birth do? Thus contemplate. Or if you say that birth produces dharma, and attainment produces birth, therefore it is said, what does the birth of birth do? Thus it is said. Those who possess all bonds, speaking extensively, means those who have not abandoned even a single aspect of affliction, they are the ones who possess all bonds. Those who possess all bonds, their afflictions also do not turn into the difference of small, medium, and large births, because attainment is without difference. Thirteenth fascicle. Those who do not possess complete bonds, because attainment is incomplete, then they can understand the difference of small, medium, and large births of afflictions, but those who possess all bonds are not like that, because the attainments of all dharmas are the same. If it turns from this to that difference, it means that from previous habits or other causes, it turns from this to the difference of those, meaning those who possess all bonds, some are large, some are medium, some are small. If it is said that the causes of the arising of small afflictions and so on are only born from this, then attainment is not the cause of birth. The Vaibhashikas, that

Now, let's extensively discuss the term "saying," which is the cause of establishment. If there is no attainment, then the term "possessing a worldly mind" is worldly because it exists in the world. The mind itself, because these individuals possess a worldly mind, they are considered to possess a worldly mind. "Noble ones and ordinary beings" refers to the noble ones and the ordinary beings. Mentioning those who possess a worldly mind is to distinguish the noble ones, as ordinary beings always possess a worldly mind. Alternatively, in the state of non-perception and the absorption of non-perception, it may also be necessary to distinguish ordinary beings. For those noble ones and ordinary beings, the sixth "of" is used for special designation or to indicate the nature of relation. Those things that cannot be established are completely excluded, because whatever is established is attainment. From the difference between having abandoned afflictions and not having abandoned them, and the very distinction of not having abandoned them, those who have abandoned afflictions are the noble ones, and those who have not abandoned afflictions are the ordinary beings. That is its nature. That itself is the difference, so from the very distinction of having abandoned afflictions and not having abandoned them, it should be possible to establish this. Haven't some ordinary beings abandoned afflictions? If so, how can it be determined that only the noble ones have abandoned afflictions? Because afflictions are completely and permanently destroyed, that is why it is said that way. Then, how will this itself be? That is, how will the establishment that these are those who have abandoned afflictions, and these are those who have not abandoned afflictions, be? If there is attainment, then from the attainment of afflictions, through the means of separation and non-separation from it, this establishment can also be accomplished, that is, through the means of separation and non-separation from the attainment of afflictions. This is a synonym for "the means of cutting off and not cutting off." Those who are separated from the attainment of afflictions are the noble ones, and those who are not separated are the ordinary beings. Haven't some ordinary beings separated from the attainment of afflictions? Although there is separation, it is not supramundane.
