是精进努力且不灰心。身体非常调柔且没有过失。正念现前且完全没有愚痴。心平等安住且是专注一境，像这样。比丘们，这是苦圣谛，像这样对以前没有听过的法如理作意时，生起了眼，生起了智慧，生起了明，生起了觉悟，像这样。比丘们，这是为了你们的利益，这是为了安乐，这是为了利益和安乐，像这样。木桩牢固地竖立，深长，良好地竖立，坚硬，稳固，具有硬度，不动摇，不崩坏，像这样。他增长受用，以精进获得，以手力成就，没有尘垢地积聚，与法相应的以法获得，像这样。布施是来世转生到更高的境界，变成好运，成熟为安乐，成就天界，像这样。比丘们，我要为你们宣说圣者们的七种行境，以及无取证的涅槃。圣者们的七种行境是什么呢？比丘们，在此，比丘这样进入：即使我没有生起，即使我的没有生起，我也将不会生起，我的将不会生起。像这样，对于存在和已经生起的，认为应该舍弃，获得舍，不执着于它，之后以智慧个别地辨别更高的寂静地位，像这样。对于存在也知道是存在，对于不存在也知道是不存在，对于有上师的也知道是有上师的，对于无上的也知道是无上的，像这样。善见，善知，善作意，善稳固，善觉悟，像这样。生起欲，努力，发起精进，心完全执持，完全安住，像这样。具有和合。

Is diligent and not discouraged. The body is very subdued and without fault. Mindfulness is present and completely without ignorance. The mind is equally abiding and is one-pointed, like this. Monks, this is the noble truth of suffering, like this, when one properly attends to the dharmas that one has not heard before, the eye arises, wisdom arises, clarity arises, and understanding arises, like this. Monks, this is for your benefit, this is for happiness, this is for benefit and happiness, like this. The wooden post is firmly erected, deep and long, well erected, hard, stable, possessing hardness, unmoving, and not collapsing, like this. He increases enjoyment, obtains through diligence, accomplishes through hand strength, accumulates without dust, obtains with dharma in accordance with dharma, like this. Giving alms causes one to be reborn in a higher realm in the next life, becomes good fortune, matures into happiness, and accomplishes the heavenly realm, like this. Monks, I will explain to you the seven abodes of noble beings and the nirvana without clinging. What are the seven abodes of noble beings? Monks, here, a monk enters thus: Even if I have not arisen, even if my has not arisen, I will not arise, my will not arise. Like this, for what exists and what has arisen, thinking that it should be abandoned, he obtains equanimity, does not cling to it, and afterwards individually discerns the higher peaceful state with wisdom, like this. For what exists, he also knows that it exists, for what does not exist, he also knows that it does not exist, for what has a teacher, he also knows that it has a teacher, for what is unsurpassed, he also knows that it is unsurpassed, like this. Good seeing, good knowing, good attending, good stabilizing, good awakening, like this. He generates desire, strives, initiates diligence, completely holds the mind, completely abides, like this. Possessing harmony.
