Because one cannot turn back from actions that are in accordance with the heightened intention to bring benefit and happiness. The statement "never being satisfied with listening and meaning" refers to distinguishing through the action of fully grasping the means. Because of listening, it is hearing, which refers to the Dharma such as the Sutras, and not just anything that should be listened to. Meaning refers to what is expressed by those very things. Not being satisfied with both listening and meaning is not knowing satisfaction, which is the action of fully grasping the means to ripen sentient beings. Not being satisfied with listening and meaning is because the Dharma is taught through the connection of words and letters, as appropriate. The statement "the action of turning desire away from the side of disagreement with two words" refers to these two: seeing faults in one's own mistakes and advising others' mistakes without scolding. Among these, the side of disagreement refers to desire and so on. Turning desire away from that is turning back. If one truly sees the faults of one's own mistakes, one will turn away from them. Because one can also accept words by restraining well, one can turn back from other things that should not be done, but otherwise not. As it is said in the Sutra, "Not the place and no opportunity, for one who has entered the wrong path," and so on. In the world, it is also said, "If one knows one's own fault as a fault, at some time one will separate. For one who holds onto qualities, one who is arrogant will not separate." It is said thus, not because one wants to benefit someone who will fall, but if one speaks angrily, then those words are not worth accepting, and it will become more and more discordant, and will instead promote wrong views. If love arises like towards an only child, one will also talk about falling, and one will also make him take vows not to do it in the future. The statement "completely training the mind of enlightenment in all conduct" refers to knowing it through the action of constantly keeping it in mind. "It" refers to being combined with the heightened intention to bring benefit and happiness. In order to completely train the mind of enlightenment in all actions, as it is said in the Sutra of Completely Pure Conduct, "When sitting, think like this, may all sentient beings also attain enlightenment."

It is like saying, "May I abide in the heart essence," generating the mind, and so forth. The so-called activity of becoming superior through seven phrases is from the giving without expecting maturation to the means of being encompassed by the four objects of collection. From above to above, the six perfections of the stages of the grounds, such as the Extremely Joyful, as mentioned before, all the unfavorable aspects are completely eliminated, and the four objects of collection are the cause of entering into superiority, becoming superior, increasing, and attaining. Karma is because it is an action. The four perfections have already been explained by the words themselves. When explaining what has superiority, because the activity of benefiting sentient beings is not seen there, bodhisattvas are not born in the formless realm. There, the bodhisattva's meditation is the elimination of the aspects of the formless realm, which is a synonym for "abandonment." Being skilled in all is wisdom endowed with compassion, because it accomplishes the benefit of sentient beings. Without it, the benefit of sentient beings would cease to exist, and the Buddha himself is the benefit of sentient beings. As it is said: You, with the union of wisdom and compassion, having taken hold, benefit others. Truly practicing for the sake of others is the only path to enlightenment. Thus it is said. The four objects of collection are giving, kind speech, beneficial conduct, and agreement. Giving is engaging in giving for the sake of benefiting. Kind speech is for the sake of distinguishing and understanding, because it is the characteristic of teaching the Dharma. Beneficial conduct is for the sake of entering into virtue, because it is the nature of causing one to accept the right path. Agreement is for the sake of conforming, because it is the nature of having the same qualities. Alternatively, giving makes one a vessel for the Dharma, kind speech makes one believe in the Dharma, beneficial conduct accomplishes belief in the Dharma, and agreement unites those who have entered, because it is repeatedly proclaimed. These themselves are the means, because they are encompassed by their nature. Combining and accomplishing with six phrases
