Ba indicates the unique absence of self, because there is no clinging to permanence and other inversions, and no clinging to form and other inversions. Because it is not as children grasp it, the Great Vehicle considers it to be without inherent existence. Because it is without inherent existence, it also establishes non-arising and non-cessation, and so on. Relying on the latter and the latter. This means that because it is without inherent existence, it is unborn. Because it is unborn, it is unceasing. Because it is unceasing, it is peaceful from the beginning. Because it is peaceful from the beginning, it is naturally completely liberated from suffering. It should be understood that the latter words are explained based on the former words. Intentions are only to be kept in mind and do not admit to relying on others. Oblique intention is to rely on making others understand. The intention of equality is because all Buddhas have equal intentions. I myself at that time, at that moment, and so on. For example, it is like someone thinking of something similar and saying, "What is this? That is me." But it is not that what is seen is Shakyamuni Buddha. The intention for other times means that for those who are lazy and do not practice this Dharma, it is said that remembering the name of the Tathagata Ratnasambhava will surely be realized, and merely making aspirations will lead to rebirth in Sukhavati. This refers to the roots of virtue that they have previously sent forth. For example, it is like saying in the world that one person has accomplished a thousand things. The intention for other meanings means that from the Dharma of the Great Vehicle, which is the nature of scripture, the Dharma of the Great Vehicle, which is the nature of realization, is another meaning. In this regard, the Buddha said that by serving and honoring as many Buddhas as there are grains of sand in the Ganges River, one will come to understand the meaning of the Dharma of the Great Vehicle. Because the Dharma that each noble one knows for himself is difficult to realize. From this, it should be understood that this is the true declaration of the Great Vehicle. The intention for the thoughts of beings refers to the precepts for those who are immoral.

Praise and, for those who possess discipline, to enter the vast realm of virtue, hence there is no praise for discipline. The so-called "some meditations" refer to those of the mundane. The so-called "introducing with tactful consideration" refers to other schools, wherein persons and, the nature and distinctions of dharmas are all shown in a conventional manner. For example, in order to introduce the Hearer Vehicle, it is said, "There are beings born by transformation," and so forth. In order to introduce the Great Vehicle, it is said, "Form is emptiness," and so forth. This is due to the fear of beings who are afraid of annihilation. The so-called "tactful consideration of characteristics" refers to introducing the characteristics of knowable objects. The so-called "tactful consideration of antidotes" refers to desire and so forth, the opposing aspects that are inconsistent with behavior, such as the eighty-four thousand, and so forth. These words have already been spoken. The so-called "tactful consideration of transformation" refers to transforming the meaning of words into other meanings. For example, "Knowing meaning in the meaningless." The so-called "scattering" means scattering. The so-called "non-scattering" means non-scattering, which is meditation. Knowing meaning in that refers to stable wisdom. The so-called perversion refers to the four perversions. The so-called "dwelling exceedingly in that" refers to determining that these are perversions, and they do not change. The so-called "affliction utterly afflicted" refers to doing the benefit of beings like a butcher's stall, which is a synonym for "weariness." As it is said, "For the sake of compassion, just one person, for a long time in samsara, you are weary." And so forth. The so-called "obtaining supreme enlightenment" is a synonym for obtaining the enlightenment of the Buddha. Fourth fascicle. Focusing on the differences in the reasoning of the narrators, in short, it should be narrated in three ways, and so forth, saying "narrating dependent arising" and so forth. Among them, dependent arising and, the dharmas of dependent arising, are when narrating the place of the knowable, the dependent arising
