That has been explained. Thus, the mental factors such as pervasive, co-emergent, similar kind of maturation, subtle entry, co-application to one object, neither suffering nor pleasure, and unspecified are also similarly possessed. Therefore, the Alaya consciousness is also similarly possessed, and it should be understood that this is the way of establishing entry. So, what is the way of establishing entry since one condition is one? Here, the Alaya consciousness acts as the causal function of the evolving consciousness in two ways, namely as the nature of the seed and as the support. Among them, the nature of the seed refers to the evolving consciousness, whether it is virtuous, non-virtuous, or unspecified, all of which possess the seed of the Alaya consciousness. Among them, the support refers to the fact that the five aggregates of consciousness arise relying on the physical sense faculties that are grasped by the Alaya consciousness, but not from those that are not grasped. If the place of the five aggregates of consciousness, such as the eye, and the place of mind and mental consciousness, the Alaya consciousness, exist, then mind and mental consciousness will also arise, but if they do not exist, it is impossible. Furthermore, the evolving consciousness acts as the causal function of the Alaya consciousness in two ways, namely by causing the seeds to grow fully in this life and by generating the seeds that can realize it in the next life. Among them, causing the seeds to grow fully in this life means that in whatever way the evolving consciousness arises relying on the Alaya consciousness, whether it is virtuous, non-virtuous, or unspecified, it will in the same way arise and cease together with the support on its own support, thereby leaving behind habitual patterns. Because of that cause and condition, the evolving consciousnesses also become very strong, very refined, and very bright with virtuous and other things again and again. Its other kind of habitual patterns will become the Alaya in the next life.

Those consciousnesses themselves enter in order to fully grasp their maturation. Thus, the nature of the seed, being the basis, causing the seed to fully grow, and the seed fully grasping, also because one cause of the Alaya consciousness and the manifest consciousness is one, it should be understood that manifestation is established in this way. Among them, how is manifestation established by the nature of co-emergence? The Alaya consciousness sometimes manifests together with only one manifest consciousness, such as the mind and so on. For example, whatever mind has the aspect of self-grasping, the pride of thinking "I", and arrogance, even in the states of having mind and not having mind, always arises and manifests together with the Alaya consciousness. Now, the Alaya consciousness takes "I" and "mine" as its object and has the aspect of arrogance. Sometimes it arises and manifests together with both the mind and the mind consciousness. Sometimes it arises and manifests together with any one and three of the five aggregates of consciousness, and so on. Sometimes it arises and manifests together with two of the five aggregates of consciousness, and four, and so on. Sometimes it arises together with the five aggregates of consciousness, up to all seven, and arises and manifests together. The mind consciousness is called dependent on the mind, because if the mind does not cease, the bondage of consciousness cannot be liberated, but if it ceases, then it is for liberating it. The mind consciousness is that which focuses on the object of others and focuses on its own object. Among them, focusing on the object of others is that which focuses on the object of the five aggregates of consciousness, either simultaneously or non-simultaneously. Focusing on its own object is that which arises without focusing on the object of the five aggregates of consciousness, but focusing on the Dharma. The Alaya consciousness also sometimes manifests as a guide together with feelings of pleasure, suffering, and neither suffering nor pleasure, because depending on the manifest consciousness, whatever feelings there are, those arise depending on it. Among them, people and
