The wisdom of the Buddha abandons the latent obscurations of afflictions. The wisdom of the Great Vehicle, which transcends the world and understands the selflessness of persons and phenomena, completely abandons the latent obscurations of afflictions and knowledge, and that is the result. "Wisdom shows life," which means that wisdom makes one live and teaches the Dharma to sentient beings, and these two are activities. In the world, one sustains the life of a festering body by trading and plowing, but among these, living by wisdom is the supreme life, because it does not interrupt the life of the roots of virtue that lead to the attainment of unsurpassed enlightenment. Those who possess wisdom teach the Dharma to sentient beings, because they explain the individual and common characteristics of all phenomena without error. "The most excellent of all dharmas," which means that the possessor possesses the most excellent of all dharmas, and the most excellent of all perfections is the perfection of wisdom. In the sutras such as the Hundred Thousand Verses on the Perfection of Wisdom, it is also said: "The perfection of wisdom is the most excellent of all perfections, it is the chief, it is the special." "In that there is and that three," this shows entry. "In that there is" shows the entry of the basis. The wisdom mentioned above is only possessed by those who have wisdom, and not by others, therefore those who have wisdom are the basis of wisdom. "That three" shows the entry of differentiation, and if wisdom is differentiated, there are also three entries. The three are worldly wisdom, and the lesser wisdom that transcends the world, namely the wisdom of hearers and solitary realizers, and the great wisdom that transcends the world, namely the wisdom of bodhisattvas. "Having known wisdom as it is, the wise truly practice," which means that bodhisattvas, having known the nature and causes of wisdom as described above, practice in that way, that is the meaning. "Verses of summary and differentiation," which means that after explaining the differentiation of the six perfections, the ground, the perfections, the aspects of enlightenment,

In order to classify and show the reason for including all dharmas such as the ten virtues in the six perfections, a verse is composed, which is its meaning. The verse says: "All white dharmas are not equally held, Equanimity and two should be known." It means that all white dharmas such as land, paramitas, bodhipaksa, etc. are included in the six perfections, and white dharmas can also be divided into three categories. What are the three categories? The nature of non-equanimity, the nature of equanimity, and the combination of the two, which is both the nature of equanimity and the nature of non-equanimity. Secondly, regarding the paramitas, generosity and discipline paramitas are included in the non-equanimity good dharmas. Why? Because generosity is also completely giving through the body, so it is the nature of non-equanimity. And there are three types of discipline: the discipline of properly upholding, that is, the pratimoksha vow, the samadhi vow, and the non-outflow vow. Among them, the pratimoksha vow is also not killing, etc., guarding through body and speech, but not guarding through mind, so it is the nature of non-equanimity. "Two and two skillfully hold", which means that samadhi and wisdom hold the dharma of equanimity. Samadhi is the direct nature of equanimity, so the samadhi vow and the non-outflow vow are also included in it. How is wisdom included in equanimity? There are three types of wisdom: hearing wisdom, thinking wisdom, and meditation wisdom. Among them, hearing wisdom and thinking wisdom are included in non-equanimity, while meditation wisdom is the wisdom that arises from practicing equanimity of mind as it is, so it is included in equanimity. Samadhi is the nature of shamatha, and wisdom is the nature of vipassana, so it should be known to belong to equanimity. Patience and diligence are both the nature of non-equanimity and the nature of equanimity. How to understand it? Bodhisattva
