Ground, etc. Because it is truly accomplished by those practices, it is called truly accomplished. It is especially superior to other truly accomplished ones, and because there is nothing superior to that particularly excellent truly accomplished one, it is called unsurpassed. To show that meaning, it is widely said, "Without deficiency and without abandonment, without distraction and perfectly complete," etc. Among them, from the absence of deficient conditions to what is called the complete manifestation of enlightenment, these ten aspects are the true accomplishment. Among them, the absence of deficient conditions is called the true accomplishment of lineage, which means that the absence of deficient conditions is the assembly of all. If they assemble, then the lineage is truly accomplished, becoming vast and excellent, which is the general meaning. That also depends on noble individuals, hearing the noble Dharma, proper attention, and so on. Lineage and spiritual friends, etc., those are the non-deficient ones. Not abandoning the Mahayana is called the true accomplishment of faith, which means that if one does not abandon the Mahayana Dharma, which is deep and vast in nature, then the faith that is the nature of its definite understanding will increase. Not being distracted by inferior vehicles is called the true accomplishment of generating the mind of enlightenment, which means that if one generates the mind of enlightenment, even if there are causes that turn away from the mind of enlightenment, but that mind does not enter the Hearer Vehicle or the Solitary Realizer Vehicle, then that mind of enlightenment will increase. Completing the perfections is called the true accomplishment of achievement, which means that those who generate the mind of enlightenment, by that power, complete the perfections such as generosity, and therefore the practice of accomplishing omniscience will increase. Generating the noble path is called the true accomplishment of entering without fault, which means that by initially generating the noble path that was not previously generated, one will enter without fault. Fault means sin or leakage, and where there is none of that, that is without fault, like the absence of wind, it is a place without leakage. The so-called definite entry is also definiteness itself, and thus when the path of seeing arises, the good realms and peace

It will definitely become a thing of the past. The increase of virtuous roots is for the sake of becoming familiar over a long period of time. To perfectly accomplish the complete maturation of sentient beings means that after hearing the path of seeing, the path of meditation obtained thereafter is practiced and familiarized over a long period of time. The accomplishment of virtuous roots is the increase of virtuous roots. Therefore, it becomes possible to fully ripen sentient beings, so the increase of virtuous roots is the true accomplishment of fully ripening sentient beings. Some say that the true accomplishment of fully ripening sentient beings is like this: Like this, relying on long-term habituation, the roots of virtue in the minds of sentient beings become firm. A pliable mind is the true accomplishment of a completely pure land. Having meditated in that way, the roots of virtue increase, and because the one path is free from unfavorable factors, signs, and effort, the mind becomes pliable. By the power of that pliability, one can show the Buddha-field like crystal and so on, as one wishes. Therefore, a pliable mind is the true accomplishment of a completely pure land. In other sutras, it is also said that if you want to purify the Buddha-field, you should purify your own mind completely. Not abiding in samsara and nirvana means that hearing the prophecy of the irreversible stage is a true accomplishment. What does that mean? Therefore, it is said that one does not turn back from both samsara and nirvana. In this way, because the mind is pliable, one does not abide in both samsara and nirvana, because one looks upon sentient beings. Because one completely grasps the unsurpassed fruit of the three perfections, such as generosity, one does not abide in nirvana. Because one completely holds the three perfections, such as diligence, one will not be afflicted by the afflictions of samsara, and therefore one does not abide in samsara either. Alternatively, not abiding in samsara and nirvana means not turning back from that. In this regard, because one looks upon sentient beings, one does not turn back from samsara.
