It should be clarified through the means of... All wise individuals are not omniscient, and even those who are learned may not understand some things, some may have doubts, and some may be confused. Engaging in explanations in other ways does not please the most excellent scholars. Because it is taught with characteristics that do not conform to that, therefore, in order to closely reveal the meaning of the initial cause and commentary being non-reversed here, the one with special qualities must definitely accomplish this. Therefore, "knowing the meaning" and so on are mentioned. This is how it is taught: If the individual correct knowledge of Dharma, meaning, definitive words, and confidence are not complete, then it is possible to closely indicate in other ways, and it may even turn into being reversed. However, here, the author is the master of the ten bhumis. Since he possesses these completely, how could he closely indicate in a reversed way? Thus, by stating "knowing the meaning of Dharma," it is shown that the individual correct knowledge is fully possessed. By saying "speech and words are without impurities," it is the completeness of the individual correct knowledge of definitive words. By saying "manifesting the nature of the five unsurpassed qualities of attainment," it is shown that the individual correct knowledge of fearlessness is fully possessed. How are speech and words different? It is not possible for there to be speech or words that do not include the essence of words or speech. Therefore, if anything must be revealed, will both be revealed simultaneously? These faults do not exist because the characteristics of the collection of words and the collection of clarifying elements are very different. Thus, the collection of words is the collection of speech, and the collection of clarifying elements is the collection of letters. It is also said, "The collection of names, etc., is the collection of names, speech, and letters." Here, it should be understood that the collection is the collection of expressions. Therefore, here, it should be seen that the word "speech and" reveals the essence of the collection of words, which is the great speech, because that itself is also included, is the nature of completely including speech, and the speech itself that accomplishes the understanding of meaning is the word here.

Ro! The meaning of collection is the meaning of accumulation. The term "words" refers to the nature of speech that belongs to the category of clarifying words. This very thought also shows that "pure" and "pure words" are the endings of one word and many words. Because the great speech is one, and the speeches that belong to it are many. Although it may be allowed to be different in this way, since speech itself is the projection of words, if one asks, how is it unreasonable to show them separately here? It is not unreasonable, although it is a display close to the meaning of other sounds, because one sees the explicit expression with one's own sound, for example, the Brahmins have come, and the dwelling has also come. Because there the emphasis is on showing the main part, there is no fault. Here, too, those have become the main part, how is it? Why should it not be admitted that this is the reason here? Because by its power, speech becomes very important. Because it has faults, the great speech with speech that belongs to it is accepted by the wise. Whatever has merit is what should be accepted. In this regard, the eight-limbed speech is immaculate because it is free from the impurity of its inconsistent aspects. For example, a city dweller is not a bad person, because he pervades the surroundings. Pleasant and delightful is pleasant, because the letters are not rough. Completely clear is well-spoken, because the letters are well-defined and explained. Completely understanding is the sound of letters, because the sound itself is the obvious expression. Worthy of hearing is as it should be, because it is in accordance with the trainable. Without support is without contamination, because it does not rely on gain and respect and verses, etc. Without discord is suitable, because it is not unsuitable, because the other is causing boredom, so it is discordant.
