ིག་པ་ལས། Bhagavan(梵文,Bhagavān,薄伽梵,世尊)一切智者们的慈悲习气所推动,为了所有众生的利益而发起。

If there is no basis for existence in itself, what need is there to speak of letters and sounds, saying, "If this exists, then that will exist"? As it is said in the Madhyamaka scriptures by the lord of the first ground: Those who see things as existent, and those who see them as non-existent, are small-minded. They cannot see the peace of nirvana. Without conceptualization and without appearance, not manipulated by elaborations, this is the nectar of the Buddha's teachings of the protectors of the world. Dharmas such as those with conceptualization and those without conceptualization belong to the nature of mind. Therefore, abandoning the conceptualizations of existence and non-existence, non-duality also belongs to the nature of mind. As it is said here: The non-dual, beyond elaboration, the true Buddha elaborates. Those whose elaborations are ruined, the foolish ones, do not see the Tathagata. One should not say it is emptiness, nor should one say it is non-emptiness. The terms "two" and "non-two," what form is there in peace? Therefore, in the state of not conceptualizing existence and non-existence, that is the samadhi of Madhyamaka. The seven grounds are mind, the eighth is without appearance. The two grounds are places, the other grounds are my nature. Having abandoned external objects, entering only into awareness, this is the essence of Madhyamaka, taught now and by others. Not existent and not non-existent, not fixating on existence and non-existence, this is the essence of Madhyamaka, taught by me and others. Thus it is said. The all-knowing one said in the Lankavatara Sutra that the lords of the seven grounds completely abandon attachment to wisdom, and the lords of the eight grounds do not conceptualize existence and non-existence, which is the samadhi of Madhyamaka. This is not the realm of practice for shravakas, pratyekabuddhas, tirthikas, or those who have reached the seven grounds. The characteristic of non-arising, like dreams and illusions, does not see different characteristics in the momentary conditioned phenomena, such as arising, abiding, and ceasing. For the two selflessnesses, dependent arising is also seen as being like an illusion. Thinking in this way, the non-appearing ultimate truth of non-duality is truly...

From the... Driven by the compassionate imprints of the Bhagavan(梵文,Bhagavān,薄伽梵,The Blessed One) all-knowing ones, they are aroused for the sake of all sentient beings. Whoever abides in the pure worldly concentration with luminosity will thoroughly engage for the sake of sentient beings. If one awakens fully at another time, it will become an obstacle to the accumulation of enlightenment for the sake of sentient beings. In this, whatever the conditions, etc., also perform other-dependence and perfect accomplishment, and are not born in relation to the agent. Because of the variety, other-dependence is the nature of non-arising, like variety and dreams, etc. Accomplishment is also emptiness in the form of two, the power of all dharmas to enter definitively, like correct knowledge. Thus, the meaning of the verses has been explained. The commentary on the noble Laṅkāvatāra(梵文,Laṅkāvatāra,楞伽阿跋多罗,Descent into Lanka),composed by Yeshe Pal Zangpo, the fifth examination of cause and effect from the second chapter. Then, again, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Mahamati asked the Bhagavan, beginning with "the essence of the characteristics of the discrimination of words." In response to that question, the Bhagavan said: Mahamati, there are four characteristics of the discrimination of words, namely, the word of characteristics, etc. A characteristic is a sign, the sign from which sounds arise. How the explanation of sound is made to establish, sounds enter for three reasons, namely, the sounds of characteristics that enter into reason, qualities, and actions. Sounds enter for four reasons, namely, the sounds of knowledge exist, the object exists, and from that it becomes expression and condition. The existence that makes three words exist is substance existence, quality existence, and action existence. The entry of sound is without the sign of class, therefore it is the general expression of sounds. Whatever is named is ding tho and da the wing tha and Devadatta and offering. The sign that is generally fabricated and enters is related to place and time, and so on. Some say it is the moon and the sun, whatever lotus Kumuda(梵文,Kumuda,鸠母陀,white water lily) flourishes.
