For example, properly taking the precepts is like having no suffering at all in the body. Therefore, it is called morality. Because it is praised by the wise, it is called good conduct. Because it is the nature of the activity of a definitive word, it is called guarding because it guards the body and speech. Individual liberation should be understood as a name that is no different from the first and last moments. The first moment of manifestation and non-manifestation alone is the name of individual liberation and the path of action. Thus, when first properly taking the vows, at first, by means of manifestation and non-manifestation, one completely abandons various kinds of sins from each individual. Therefore, the name of individual liberation is established based on the meaning of abandoning from each individual at first. At that time, after the activity is completed, the name of the path of action is established based on the meaning of eliminating actions. Therefore, the first moment is called individual liberation. It is also called the vows of individual liberation. It is also called the root path of action. From the second moment until it is not abandoned, it is not called individual liberation. It is also not called the vows of individual liberation. It is also not called the path of action, but is called subsequent arising. Thus, it is explained in detail from that very place. The treatises are widely explained and are in accordance with correct reasoning, and mostly explain in accordance with what is explained in the Treasury Treatise. The difference is that it is called individual liberation because of three meanings. The first is in accordance with what is explained in the Treasury Treatise. The middle one, either because it is the first thing to be cultivated, is said to be individual liberation. The last one, or that which arises first, is said to be individual liberation because it is the first to be liberated from the fearful lower realms. Another explanation is that the different things made by the seven great elements as a cause are called individual liberation because of individual liberation, because it is different from the common cause of the seven branches of action and samadhi, and is made by one great element.

is the reason. In the Abhidharmakośa-bhāṣya, it says that the co-emergent cause of non-manifest form in the desire realm is different from that which is with outflows and that which is born from the great elements. Among them, the term "born from the great elements" refers to the seven limbs of body and speech, each of which is shown to be differentiated by the great elements. There are also two kinds of distinctions of non-manifest form that arise from samādhi, namely, the dhyānas and whatever vows are without outflows. Both of these increase in dependence on samādhi, are not grasped, and the term "non-differentiated great elements" indicates that the seven limbs of non-manifest form are caused by the four great elements, showing their equality. Why is that? Because the great elements that have become the place are unified like the mind, and there is no difference, it is said. The scriptures that are in accordance with valid reasoning, and the scriptures that are deeply explained, also agree with what is said in the Abhidharmakośa-bhāṣya. Furthermore, in the scriptures that are in accordance with valid reasoning, it is said that the vows that arise from the path and samādhi are the vows that follow the mind, while the Prātimokṣa vows do not follow the mind. Furthermore, the scriptures say that the merit done with distraction is called separate because the body, speech, and mind act separately and are the co-emergent cause that exists in common. Furthermore, discipline is the first cause of nirvāṇa, therefore, in the sūtras that teach other teachings, it is said that discipline is the true path that is in accordance with liberation, therefore it is called Prātimokṣa. Or, the term "Prātimokṣa" means each separately. Liberation is the fruit of nirvāṇa. The two vows that arise from the path and samādhi are those that will attain true liberation, while the Prātimokṣa vows, the body and those virtuous deeds are done with distraction, although they are in the direction of the ultimate fruit of nirvāṇa.

It is called Pratimoksha. Alternatively, the two vows arising from the path and Samadhi are similar because they accompany the mind and tend towards the ultimate result. However, the Pratimoksha vow is called Pratimoksha because it is separate from the mind and tends towards the result of cessation from afar. Furthermore, the Pratimoksha vow is understood to only negate the present, as well as (negate) combination and root. However, the two vows arising from the path and Samadhi also understand the negation of the three times and only negate the root, hence it is said to be called Pratimoksha. Here, in the Mahayana teachings, it is said that the vows taken by the seven groups protect against faults individually, just like the two vows arising from the path and Samadhi. Because there is no difference in being protected by the vows taken by the seven groups, it is called Pratimoksha. The term "liberation" means liberation from the seven faults and obtaining the result of liberation from Nirvana, hence it is called liberation. Nowhere is it shown that the distinct great elements are called Pratimoksha. Among them, the one called "completely showing the Dharma with Pratimoksha" has two explanations: Some say that whatever is the cause, condition, and conformity of true morality is called the Dharma with it. Some say that from the three actions of body, etc., it is the nature of morality, and the mental Dharmas that arise from the mind that are correspondingly possessed are called the Dharmas with it. That Dharma scripture is shown as Vinaya. The Bhagavan Bodhisattvas are gathered by various Pratimokshas, etc., with the two questions and answers, showing the distinction. This also has two aspects, namely asking and answering. This is the first, because it is mainly asked by the main one, only the Bodhisattva stated it. Sons of the lineage should be known as seven types, etc., showing the second Tathagata truly answered. This is also brief
