They see with the eye of wisdom in every moment, they observe. Because of the infinity of knowable objects, wisdom is also infinite, therefore, the so-called ocean of wisdom refers to those oceans of wisdom entering into and realizing every moment, which is the meaning of being directly seen. And the so-called ocean of conduct, etc., can include both the ocean of conduct of Bodhi and the conduct of Samantabhadra's conduct, because there is no difference. Among them, the conduct of Bodhi is the collection of wisdom that accomplishes the Dharma of the Buddha. Samantabhadra's conduct is also the collection of merit that benefits all beings, generates happiness, and is in accordance with them. Furthermore, Samantabhadra's conduct is only the conduct of Bodhi, because both can accomplish Buddhahood. However, there is only the difference between direct and indirect. Those oceans of conduct, with the power of supernatural knowledge, purify and are without defilement in every moment, and in every moment, they are perfected by the power of the ocean of aspirations, discipline, and meditation, and in every moment, they are offered with the offerings that pervade the Buddhas of the ten directions, and they are practiced without weariness in endless kalpas, and they are offered with a heart that is not weary. The fifteenth is the dedication to follow the Buddha and Bodhisattvas. This also has two aspects. Among them, the dedication to follow the Tathagata is: Whatever the Victorious Ones who have passed through the three times, etc., whatever is said. Whatever the differences in the aspirations of the conduct of the Bodhisattvas of the Victorious Ones who have passed through the three times, all of them are completely accomplished and truly contemplated by me, and the name is Samantabhadra's conduct, and Buddhahood is attained by Samantabhadra's conduct, which is the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete Bodhi. With the purity of body, speech, and mind, and the purity of the field and aspirations, I dedicate myself to follow the Bodhisattvas such as the noble Samantabhadra.

It is said: Eldest of the sons of all Buddhas! Whatever is said, etc., whatever is the Samantabhadra conduct of the Bodhisattvas, and similarly, however many liberations of the Bodhisattvas there are, however many samādhis of the Bodhisattvas there are, in short, like that, however many qualities of the Bodhisattvas there are, all those have reached the other shore, therefore the Bodhisattva Mahāsattva Ārya Samantabhadra is the eldest son! The so-called eldest, etc., the eldest of the sons of all Buddhas, the wise one who has the name of the great Bodhisattva Ārya Samantabhadra, the so-called with that wise one, because he acts in the same way as him, therefore it is said that he acts until this kalpa, as it is said, all these virtues, each moment is completely dedicated. The so-called body, speech, and mind, etc., are the complete purification of body, speech, and mind, and the complete purification of the field. The so-called virtuous wise one is the wise Ārya Samantabhadra. The so-called dedication is to completely dedicate. The so-called how is how. The so-called like that is only like that, and I am also with him, the so-called may I be the same as the Ārya Samantabhadra, the so-called is for the sake of practicing goodness. The so-called all good is good, auspicious, and good at the beginning, middle, and end. The so-called aspiration of Mañjuśrī is to practice the aspiration of the Ārya Mañjuśrī. So what is his aspiration? As the Ārya Mañjuśrī Kumārabhūta became space, saṃsāra has no end, however long the end of the past is, for that long for the benefit of sentient beings, I will practice immeasurable conduct. Like that, etc., as it is widely said. The so-called not being tired in all future kalpas means that in all future kalpas, the mind is not tired, there is no other thought, it is the work of the Buddha and Bodhisattvas, all those works are completely fulfilled. The combination of sixteen aspects, immeasurable qualities, and those who abide in conduct are said.

That is, actions should not be limited! As it is said and so on, may all my actions become immeasurable! May all merits also become immeasurable! Abiding in immeasurable actions and immeasurable merits, I also prostrate and pay homage to all the wonderful manifestations and miraculous powers of those Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Those are the sixteen categories of the eighth. Now, the ninth meaning, until the end, how far is the boundary of all sentient beings, how far is the boundary of the karma of samsara, how far is the boundary of afflictions, may the boundary of my Samantabhadra's aspiration also become that far. Just as space and so on are endless and unfulfilled, may my aspiration also become endless and unfulfilled! The tenth meaning is the benefit of aspiration. There are also two types, namely having the present dharma and having the future. Among them, having the present dharma has four types, namely: this is to hold the special merit, to see the Tathagata, to obtain the same share as the Bodhisattvas, and to completely exhaust the karmic obscurations. Among them, by offering many vast and special fields and objects of holding, as an example of merit, striving for Bodhi, holding the supreme special merit by devotion to aspiration is: any fields of the ten directions, etc., any son or daughter of a lineage, the infinite and boundless Buddha lands of the ten directions, with clothes and canopies, umbrellas and victory banners, streamers and various things, musical instruments and jewels, bells and garlands, flowers and incense, garlands of lamps, etc., adorned with things that transcend gods and humans, and foods and drinks of gods and humans, etc., with five hundred flavors, offerings that can produce great bliss, filling the dust of the Buddha lands.
