If one does not abandon them, one will not enter the realm of non-discrimination. Therefore, one should examine them without hesitation, thinking about how one can observe those characteristics of discrimination that have already been pointed out, and enter the realm of non-discrimination. This is a question. The previously mentioned "non-attention" refers to the complete abandonment of all characteristics through accurate discrimination. Since this has been said, but it has not been explained how to accurately discriminate, therefore, in order to indicate the method, it is said, "Abiding in the realm of non-discrimination." This refers to the fact that here, through the observation of the path of practice, the "realm of non-discrimination" is regarded as a way of speaking. Because when one is truly abiding in the realm of non-discrimination, the characteristics of form and so on do not appear. Here, it is to show that one should discriminate in this way, thereby abandoning the two extremes, and in any case, one will enter the Middle Way. Therefore, here it shows the nature of the extreme of superimposition, the nature of the extreme of denigration, and entering the Middle Way. Among them, the extreme of superimposition is of two types: the extreme of superimposition on a person, and the extreme of superimposition on a dharma. "My form and the form of others" refers to superimposition on a person, because through attachment to self, the grasping of form and so on as belonging to oneself universally arises. The extreme of superimposition on a dharma is also of two types: superimposition as self-nature, and superimposition as difference. "This form exists" refers to superimposition as self-nature. The remaining four words refer to superimposition as difference, because form and so on have not arisen from the beginning, so in ultimate reality, birth and death and so on are impossible. "Beings perish" refers to the nature of phenomena that arise and perish in every moment. "Completely afflicted" refers to being in accordance with dependent origination that accords with the norm. "Completely purified" refers to being in accordance with dependent origination that does not accord with the norm. Now, through "formlessness" and so on, it shows the extreme of denigration, explaining how all dharmas such as form

To show that the person who abides in conventional truth is not real, it is said that slandering things established by name is the extreme of nihilism, which is showing the extreme of nihilism. Because that person does not exist even in conventional truth. The so-called "formless" is what is to be shown. The remaining parts are explanations. "Self-nature also does not exist" is slander of self-nature. The remaining five words are slander of difference. If you slander this imputed existence, it will become the extreme of nihilism. Grasping at existence is the antecedent, because grasping at non-existence, if you think like this, it will become grasping at existence. Therefore, one should not examine "formless." The so-called "cause also does not exist" means that it does not exist in the nature of the cause. The so-called "fruit also does not exist" means that it has not become a fruit. Karma can throw out its own fruit. Having means being related to one's own fruit, etc. Entering means being completely different. The consciousness that appears as form, because it is not produced in ultimate truth, is also false like form, therefore, in order to show that clinging to consciousness alone in form is also the extreme of superimposition, therefore, "only consciousness" and so on are declared. Because in conventional truth, there exists consciousness that appears as form like dreams, etc., therefore, using "how" etc. to show that slandering consciousness in conventional truth will also become the extreme of nihilism. Having shown the two extremes in this way, now in order to show entering the middle way, therefore, "sons of good family, like this" etc. are declared. If one examines with ultimate truth, the yogi does not observe form, nor does he observe the consciousness that appears as form, therefore he does not superimpose on it, this is the meaning of the words. There is also no manifest clinging to the extreme of nihilism. Like this, all consciousness Complete cutting off is not like this, meaning that the consciousness of form, etc. will not be completely cut off, this is a summary word. Otherwise, it will contradict what is seen, etc., this is his thought. The so-called "apart from consciousness, no dharma can be observed", here the word consciousness refers to everything.
