The assembly and the perfection of skillful exposition. Among them, this is the perfection of non-mundane, which leads to the city of Nirvana, not the city of Samsara. The perfection of constant continuity is because it is connected with Nirvana, without interruption and without change. The perfection of being harmless is because it cannot be robbed by thieves such as desire. The perfection of skillful exposition is because it is endowed with food that delights in the Dharma. The Dharma of the path of the spoken Dharma, its clarification also has four aspects: being good at listening, deciding, clarifying its collection, and skillfully expounding the obscurations. The activities of the spoken Dharma are limited to this: listening correctly that this is the path; deciding that this is the path and not another; clarifying its collection that this is the cause of the path; and skillfully expounding the obscurations that this is the obstacle of the path. Among them, the collection of the path should be understood as the mindfulness and so on. The obscurations of the path are the complete existence of actions that are certain to lead to bad destinies, the arising of intense afflictions, bad destinies, unpleasant sounds from the north, and beings without perception. How should one know that these are the obscurations of afflictions, actions, and life? Among them, the perfection of the object of knowledge being incompatible with samsara also has three aspects: being incompatible with various forms of ignorance, being incompatible with the arising of its cause, and being incompatible with its extreme arising. Among them, there are also three types of object of knowledge: those arising from listening, those arising from thinking, and those arising from meditation. Among them, those arising from meditation are also with outflows and without outflows. Those arising from listening and those arising from thinking, because they are incompatible with the ignorance of the cause of samsara, see Nirvana as peaceful, but not samsara. The thought of the path arises on the path, but not on the non-path. The thought of well-spoken arises on well-spoken.

It is the cause of arising. It is not so for wrong views. The defiled dharma arising from meditation is incompatible with all dharmas arising in the manner of destroying the seeds of afflictions and near afflictions, which are the cause of samsara. The undefiled dharma, which uproots its latent tendencies, is extremely incompatible with this. Praising the Sangha also reveals five kinds of perfect qualities: liberation from the bonds of afflictions to be abandoned by the path of seeing and the path of meditation, and surpassing many other beings, possessing ten branches, possessing eight branches, and eight kinds of distinctions. Among these, the words "transcending attachment" indicate dwelling in the dharma of the fruit, and if it were not so, it would not be possible to transcend. The words "having greatly transcended from the assemblies" indicate dwelling in the dharma of practice and the dharma of teaching, and if it is so, then it is possible to transcend, because it is dwelling in the dharma of practice. Following the dharma of teaching as it is said is entering well. There are also four kinds of transcending attachment: transcending from all afflictions to be abandoned by the path of seeing, such as a stream-enterer, other beings in the peak of existence are not like that, because they have not abandoned them. Transcending from the afflictions to be abandoned by the path of meditation in the three realms, such as an Arhat, other beings have not transcended the peak of existence. Transcending from attachment in a very real way, such as one who enters the path in order to realize the fruit of stream-entry, although it is thought that there is no real transcendence from all attachments, there is only extreme transcendence. Thus, other beings are not like that. It is also truly transcended from its Vipaka-bhumi. Some who abide in the fruit of once-returner, non-returner, and Arhat, even if they completely degenerate, will not be reborn in their Vipaka-bhumi again, because they are abandoned by seeing the Dharma alone. As it is said, "The fruit does not degenerate and die." Thus, the assembly.
