etc., and what is manifested by actualizing, combining, completely grasping, and pointing out faults should be understood. Among them, abandoning is dwelling in the view of the perishable aggregate, abandoning due to prior attachment to persons and phenomena. Because that view of the perishable aggregate precedes the self, sentient beings, life, nourishment, individuals, persons, aggregates, realms, and sources, all the excessive agitation and separation agitation that arise from attachment are spoken of as such. Because of improper thinking, it is actualizing, because it is said to be discrimination. Combining is discerning to make others understand, because it is said to be discernment. Completely grasping is due to repeatedly and individually contemplating, and due to accepting as oneself, and due to grasping, because it is said to be constantly grasping, grasping as self, grasping as wealth. Because it is a place where the mind clings, it is a fault, because it is said to be a place of reliance, etc. Those excessive agitations and separation agitations of that kind are abandoned, because it is said that they are all separated. This is temporarily the result of abandoning all the afflictions of affliction. Those non-actional deeds that are blamed by the perfectly enlightened Buddha, all those who possess all afflictions are completely abandoned. Those deeds that are proper to be done, which are in accordance with the collection of the Bodhisattva's path, are praised by the Thus-Gone One, and they are truly taken up and abide, which is called the aspect of abandoning all the afflictions of karma. Those are also called non-actional in two ways: respecting the teacher because the Buddha blames them, and fearing faults because they possess all afflictions. In two ways, it is proper to do: seeing the benefits of being without fault because it is in accordance with the collection of the Bodhisattva's path, and respecting the teacher because the Thus-Gone One praises them. How is that even more than that?

In order to correctly accomplish the path of manifest attainment through skillful means and wisdom, cultivating the limbs of the path, thus and thus possessing a gentle mind, this is the tenth, fully revealing the four fruits with four sets (forty in total), in order to obtain excellence, there must be strong desire, and gratitude to the teacher who shows it, and diligent effort in applying the method of it, and increasing the element that precedes it. Among them, how is it manifestly accomplished through skillful means and wisdom? It is to practice with the contemplation of generating compassion for all sentient beings, as previously stated. The limbs of the path refer to all aspects of enlightenment as the limbs of the path. Thus and thus possessing a gentle mind refers to desire, attachment, joy, and strong faith. The gentle mind itself is also shown by three reasons: the excellence of dwelling in bliss is because of having a focused mind. The excellence of being at ease in samadhi is because of having a capable mind. The excellence of the antidote to eliminating and abandoning faults is because of having a mind that brings benefit and happiness. There are also six kinds of faults that need to be understood: when teaching the Dharma, having afflictions or being critical of things mixed with worldly affairs, the antidote is having a completely unafflicted mind. Regarding virtues such as generosity and contentment, and being content with wisdom is a fault, the antidote is having a mind that constantly seeks more excellence. Having a mind that desires to manifest the excellence of wisdom. When maturing sentient beings, discouragement is a fault, the antidote is having a mind that saves all beings. When the lama gives teachings, clinging to one's own view as the most excellent is a fault, the antidote is having a mind that is respectful and compliant to the lama. When practicing, abandoning diligence is a fault, the antidote is as heard

It is said, "Having the mind to practice the Dharma." Like this, for the time being, one has a gentle mind. This tenth, "Having the mind to practice the Dharma as heard," in between, is to truly show the strong intention in order to obtain special fruit. That is, the second of the tenth says, "That is repaying kindness," showing the repaying of kindness to the one who reveals it. Among them, "That is repaying kindness" means that it is embarking on repaying the favor. Repaying kindness is also shown through nine ways: In terms of the revealer, remembering to give help is what is said as "because one feels the kindness." In terms of being in accordance with the Dharma, guarding the mind is what is said as "because of trust." In terms of fully enjoying the Dharma, practicing as revealed is what is said as "because it is pleasant to be with." Enduring the disputes caused by talking about faults and asking questions is what is said as "because of being upright and listening." In terms of fully enjoying wealth, the patrons truthfully do not hide their own faults, and do not speak of untrue virtues, which is what is said as "because of acting without hypocrisy and without deception." In terms of the excellence of one's own merits, not becoming arrogant is what is said as "because of having no pride." In terms of following the teachings, speaking words is what is said as "because the teachings are reassuring." In terms of the key instructions, receiving without error is what is said as "because of receiving in accordance." Thus, one is embarking on repaying the one who reveals. Saying "He is thus possessing taming" is because of possessing the increase of the practice of antidotes. Saying "He is thus possessing tranquility" is because of possessing such excellent fruit. Saying "He is thus possessing taming and tranquility" is because of possessing the fruits below, those are because the two are completely separated. Thus, the second of the tenth shows the repaying of kindness to the one who reveals, and then says, "Having unceasing diligence," this tenth.
