Thus it was said. What is the perfection of answering questions? If all the sentient beings belonging to a thousand worlds were to gather and ask questions incessantly in a moment, instant, and a short while, and each of them were to ask with countless different sounds, even if the second person did not ask what the first person asked, that Bodhisattva would grasp all the questions in a moment, instant, and a short while, and by uttering one word, would make everyone understand. If the sentient beings belonging to two thousand worlds, and belonging to three thousand worlds, and even belonging to the unspeakable great three thousand worlds were to gather and ask questions incessantly in a moment, instant, and a short while, and each of them were to ask with countless different sounds, even if the second person did not ask what the first person asked, that Bodhisattva would grasp all the questions in a moment, instant, and a short while, and by uttering one word, would make everyone understand. Even by dwelling for the sake of the Dharma, one receives the blessings of the Tathagata, and abides closely to all sentient beings through all the deeds of the Buddhas, thus it was said. What is the perfection of upholding? Even more so, one strives to uphold such a manifestation of wisdom, for if in a single pore of a hair tip, there dwell as many Tathagatas as there are unspeakable world-dust particles, and in so many immeasurable circles of retinues they teach the Dharma, and each of those Tathagatas teaches different Dharmas to so many immeasurable sentient beings, and for each cause of the thoughts of sentient beings, they approach practice immeasurably so many times, they approach practice, just as one Tathagata is, so are all the Tathagatas, just as a single pore of a hair tip is, so is all of the Dharmadhatu, there I must in any way, in a moment, instant, and a short while, obtain from all the Tathagatas the manifestation of the Dharma that is inseparable from a moment, one should cultivate such a vast mindfulness.

Oṃ. The maṇḍala of the wheel spoken of in this way is completely filled with various retinues who listen to the Dharma. If in such a multitude of maṇḍalas, in just one moment, one instant, one short while, all sentient beings are completely satisfied, then what need is there to mention the sentient beings of so many world realms? I shall train in such wisdom, light, and determined fearlessness. Thus it is said. These words are easy to understand, so no distinction has been made. The remaining parts are as before. The explanation of the ninth bhūmi from the Noble Ten Bhūmi Sūtra is complete. In the ninth bhūmi, from purifying the Buddha-field and maturing sentient beings, up to the tenth bhūmi, the practice of attaining complete enlightenment by directly realizing all knowable objects is perfected. This is the distinction. Furthermore, one should understand that the bhūmi of complete training is established in eight ways: the bhūmi of complete training, the attainment of complete samādhi, the attainment of empowerment, the accomplishment of the ultimate greatness, the definitive word of the bhūmi, unsurpassed power, surpassable power, the simile of the bhūmi, and the benefits of the bhūmi. Among these, the bhūmi of complete training is that one should understand that all nine bhūmis are perfected by the very distinction of the extremely good distinction. Why? Because, O sons of the Victorious Ones, bodhisattvas, up to the ninth bhūmi, with the intellect that distinguishes immeasurable knowable objects. Thus it is said. The so-called distinction of the extremely good distinction is that it is well distinguished in seven ways. Extremely well trained is well distinguished by three words. Why? Because the white Dharma is extremely well perfected, the immeasurable accumulations to be accumulated are extremely well accumulated, and the great accumulation of merit and wisdom is extremely well maintained. Thus it is said. One should understand that these words are used to connect the discourse. Because one engages in benefiting oneself and others, it is well distinguished by pervasiveness. Why? Because one obtains great compassion that is extremely well increased. Thus it is said. It is well distinguished by purifying the Buddha-field. Why? Because the world is varied.
