It is said that such wisdom teaches the Dharma with endless appearances of Dharma at every moment. Because the past and future belong to the category of what arises in the present, it should be understood that they are included in that category. In relation to the past and future, it should be known that what arises in the present is precisely what arises in the present; thus, it is the object of knowledge. It should be understood that the characteristic of the nature of things spoken of does not exceed the three times. Regarding the term "endless appearances of Dharma," appearance should be understood as nomenclature. The characteristics of the teachings are also fourfold: the Sutras and so on are the characteristics of the teachings, and their explanations are the characteristics of the teachings, the characteristics of teachings that are in accordance, and the characteristics of teachings that are appropriate. Why? Because, moreover, by truly knowing each and every Dharma, one knows well the various distinctions of Dharma. By truly knowing each and every meaning, one knows well the various distinctions of meaning. By truly knowing each and every definitive word, one teaches the Dharma by showing it as it is spoken. By truly knowing each and every fearlessness, one teaches the Dharma by knowing the intention as it is, it is said. Among them, showing it as it is spoken means showing it as it is spoken. Knowing the intention as it is means knowing what the intention is and understanding it with as many examples of nomenclature as possible. The characteristics of knowledge are also fourfold: direct knowledge, hidden knowledge, knowledge of the means of attainment, and knowledge of attainment. Why? Because, moreover, by truly knowing each and every Dharma, by knowing the Dharma, one knows well the unmixed distinctions. By truly knowing each and every meaning, by subsequent knowledge, one knows well the establishment as it is. By truly knowing each and every definitive word, by conventional knowledge, one shows by showing. By truly knowing each and every fearlessness, one teaches the Dharma by being skilled in understanding the distinctions of meaning, it is said. Among them, knowing the Dharma, knowing well the unmixed distinctions, means knowing the Dharma, knowing well the distinctions of truth, without error. Establishing it as it is with subsequent knowledge means that with subsequent knowledge, how this is, so too is it established in others. By truly knowing each and every fearlessness,

Therefore, one who is skilled in excellent wisdom should know that it is fearlessness towards the non-erroneousness of names. The characteristics of non-arrogance are also fourfold: no arrogance towards the ultimate truth, no arrogance towards the conventional truth, no arrogance towards pleasing teachings, and no arrogance towards the supreme teachings. Therefore, also because of truly knowing all dharmas, one can thoroughly know the non-confused, same dharma nature. Because of truly knowing all meanings, one can enter into understanding the skandhas, dhatus, ayatanas, truths, and dependent origination. Because of truly knowing all definitive words, all sentient beings proclaim with letters of extremely pleasant sound, which are the sounds of aspiration. Because of truly knowing all fearlessnesses, one proclaims the endless field appearances outwardly. Thus it is said. Among them, the non-confused same dharma nature is to know that the self is without self. Understanding the selflessness of the self, and so on, is non-confusion about the selflessness of dharma. Understanding the skandhas, etc., one will thoroughly realize selflessness, therefore, that is the object of knowledge itself. By understanding the skandhas, etc., one should know in order the antidotes to clinging to the self as a single whole, clinging to the cause as different, clinging to the eater, and clinging to the doer. The characteristics of the Lesser Vehicle and the Great Vehicle are also fourfold: the characteristic of the object, the characteristic of the lineage, the characteristic of liberation, and the characteristic of attention, therefore. Also, because of truly knowing all dharmas, one can thoroughly know that there is no difference in truly engaging in one vehicle. Because of truly knowing all meanings, one can thoroughly know the various differences of the extremely well-differentiated vehicles. Because of truly knowing all definitive words, one proclaims that all vehicles are without difference. Because of truly knowing all fearlessnesses, one proclaims that in each vehicle there is also an endless appearance of dharma. Thus it is said. Among them, the absence of different engagement should be known as the absence of different objects. The statement that all vehicles proclaim without difference means that one is not at all afraid because of the common liberation.
