It is not that it is not possessed. "To make joyful" means to truly show to those who should be truly shown. "To make believe" means to truly establish those who should be truly established. "To make content" means to truly praise those who should be truly praised. "Not being lazy and not being distracted," these two ways are to make joyful those who should be joyful. "Reasonable" means speech that possesses valid means of direct perception, inference, and trustworthy scriptural authority. "Consistent" means consistent with going to happy migrations. "Unmixed" means not confused, easy to understand, and not vague. "Possessing Dharma" means possessing the Four Noble Truths. "Speaking as it is" means four or a hundred, and to whomever it comes, it is spoken as it is. With these fifteen ways, it should be known as the speech of a Bodhisattva that is consistent with all the benefits of others. After that, "having a loving heart" means speaking to those who harm sentient beings by dwelling in a loving heart. "Having a beneficial heart" means dwelling in a mind that benefits sentient beings who are close to practice. "Having a compassionate heart" means benefiting sentient beings who are afflicted by happiness and suffering, and who are thirsty, and dwelling in a mind of benefit, happiness, and compassion. "Not dwelling in gain, respect, and praise" means having no desire for all gain, respect, and praise with an undefiled mind. "Not praising oneself and not disparaging others" means teaching the Dharma to sentient beings, free from pride and jealousy. With these five ways, it should be known as the speech of a Bodhisattva whose own mind is completely pure. Thus, speaking in twenty ways is possessing the manner of teaching the Dharma. Among them, the perfection of speech means that the Bodhisattva teaches the Dharma with words of realization that are individually and truly known.

Because he possesses immeasurable knowledge of the lands through wisdom, the Bodhisattva manifests and expounds the Dharma with four distinct perfect knowledges. Among these, the four unmingled distinct perfect knowledges of the Bodhisattva are as follows: distinct perfect knowledge of Dharma, distinct perfect knowledge of meaning, distinct perfect knowledge of definitive terms, and distinct perfect knowledge of eloquence, which constantly and continuously arise. The term "those unmingled" refers to those that are uncommon. Among these, the objects of distinct perfect knowledges are the nature of Dharma, the sole realm of activity of the nature of Dharma, that which enables understanding, and the sole manifold gateways of that which enables understanding. Among these, the nature of Dharma is that which is encompassed by a lineage that has completely abandoned the two extremes. For example, the characteristic of form is that it is susceptible to change, and so forth. How does that which is encompassed by a lineage, the sole realm of activity of the nature of Dharma, become an object of knowledge? How does that which is encompassed by a lineage become an object of knowledge? For example, what is form? It is name and form, and so forth. That which enables understanding is that which, through expression, causes others to comprehend that which is known; that is, others are made to comprehend through expression. The manifold gateways of that which enables understanding are the very knowledge of the immeasurable categories of that which, through expression, causes others to comprehend. These exist in ten aspects: primarily in terms of their own characteristics, and in terms of five aspects: general characteristics, manner, teaching, knowledge, and purification. For example, the characteristic of absence of manifest pride, the Lesser Vehicle, the characteristic of excellence, the characteristic of the Bodhisattva ground, the characteristic of the Tathagata ground, and the characteristic of accomplishing its activities. Among these, the self-characteristic has four aspects: the self-characteristic of lineage, the individual self-characteristic, the characteristic of being enumerated as a name according to its sound, and the self-characteristic of the detailed classification of that name. Why? Therefore, through the distinct perfect knowledge of Dharma, one fully understands the self-characteristics of all Dharmas. Distinct perfect knowledge of meaning

Therefore, one is able to fully understand the various distinctions of all phenomena. Because of correctly understanding each definitive word, one is able to fully understand the unconfused exposition of phenomena. Because of correctly understanding each fearlessness, one is able to fully understand the uninterrupted continuity of the harmony of phenomena. Thus it is said. Among them, the unconfused exposition means that whoever can understand it, he himself expounds it, not someone else. The so-called uninterrupted continuity of harmony means that the continuity of various names cannot be exhausted, because that meaning is to be expounded by many names. Among them, there are also four kinds of common characteristics, namely the common characteristic of all phenomena, the common characteristic of all conditioned phenomena, the common characteristic of the imputation of all phenomena, and the common characteristic of the imputation of imputation. For what reason? Furthermore, because of correctly understanding each dharma, one is able to fully understand the body without substance of the dharmas. Because of correctly understanding each meaning, one is able to fully understand the arising and ceasing of the dharmas. Because of correctly understanding each definitive word, one expounds the dharma without cutting off the imputation of all dharmas. Because of correctly understanding each fearlessness, one expounds the dharma limitlessly without confusion as it is imputed. Thus it is said. Through the path of impermanence, one enters into the selflessness of phenomena, therefore the second common characteristic becomes the object of previous knowledge. Among them, the so-called uninterrupted imputation of all phenomena means that one does not expound on the imputation of other phenomena. The so-called unconfused as it is imputed means that it does not contradict the previous imputation by other names. There are also four kinds of characteristics of conduct, namely the characteristic of arising conduct, the characteristic of arising and non-arising conduct, the characteristic of imputation and substance conduct, and the characteristic of the spoken object conduct. For what reason? Furthermore, because of correctly understanding each dharma, one is able to fully understand the various distinctions of the phenomena that are arising now. Because of correctly understanding each meaning, one is able to fully understand the various distinctions of the past and future phenomena. Because of correctly understanding each definitive word, one expounds the dharma without confusing the past, future, and present arising phenomena. Because of correctly understanding each fearlessness
