Moreover, whatever action is performed by that which manifestly accumulates virtue and non-virtue is the term called 'producer,' because it is imperceptible. The explanation of 'unseen' is that it is separate from the seer, because there is no seer apart from enlightenment. The explanation of 'unheard' is that it is completely beyond the domain of consciousness. The explanation of 'indistinguishable' is that it is completely beyond the domain of mental consciousness, because whatever is apprehended by mental consciousness, the so-called enlightenment, there is nothing to be apprehended, because wisdom itself, which is free from all elaboration, is enlightenment. Where, then, is there any entity of grasper and grasped? The place of all habitual tendencies, the fully ripened consciousness, is reversed in the state of enlightenment, therefore it is without a basis. Its explanation is 'without support,' because there is no entity that has become the place of the seeds of samsara. The explanation of 'without an object' is 'like the sky.' Just as the characteristic of the sky is without an object simply because there is no obstructive entity, so it is with enlightenment, because there is no object to be made there. Because there is no going and no elaboration born from the two habitual tendencies of fully ripened and concordant cause, therefore it is without going and without elaboration, in order. The explanation of those two words is 'unconditioned,' because it is not made by the two habitual tendencies of fully ripened and concordant cause. This causes bad disputants to enter, so it is entering, it is a timely fault. Because it is not there, there is no entering, therefore it is explained by 'untimely.' 'Partial knowledge' means that the obscuration of knowledge has not been abandoned, and its function has completely passed beyond. That is the explanation of 'that which is always non-existent.' Measuring is completely determining 'it is only this much,' because it is not there, therefore it is immeasurable. Its explanation is 'immeasurable.' The explanation of 'unshowable' is 'unshowable to others,' just as blue and so on are shown
