Here, the afflictions are the two practices. The phrase "gone beyond the supreme of all mental powers" extensively shows the activity of samadhi, controlling with a one-pointed mind is the mastery of the mind, which are the various samadhis. That which is "gone beyond the supreme of all mental powers" is supreme, that is, those who have attained it. Its explanation is "extremely cultivated the feet of miraculous power," the feet of miraculous power are the various samadhis. Because of extremely cultivating these, the arhats are fit to enjoy offerings given by faith. This is explained by "fit to enjoy offerings given by faith." The extent of the learners does not appear in the sutras, but the commentators mention it in two ways through the meaning of the word 'learning,' such as "incomplete learning," which indicates that the cause is not completely fulfilled. The phrase "because the meaning of what is desired is not completely fulfilled" means that the result is not completely fulfilled. The phrase "bodhisattvas, great beings, very many" means that because of them, the number is large. Because they have made aspirations for enlightenment, they are bodhisattvas. Because they accomplish the meaning of all sentient beings, they are great beings. From "then" and so on, the samadhi is fully expressed. Among them, "then" means without interruption. "Alone" means physical solitude. "Going to a solitary place" means mental solitude. "Truly abiding within" means entering into samadhi. That samadhi is focused on suchness, which is shown by "relying on the nature of the dharmadhatu." The wisdom that is free from all elaboration, self-awareness, is the realization of the dharmadhatu, and that is the samadhi without an object of focus. Why is samadhi fully expressed? The commentators show the necessity here through the words "for this, samadhi is" and so on. "The object to be examined" is the dharmadhatu, which is the self-awareness of each individual samadhi, because it is said that "the dharmadhatu is not an object of speculation." "This meaning" refers to

The term "emptiness" here refers to suchness. Suchness is the state where all phenomena are without self, and it is not the realm of hearers and so on. "By this" means universally proclaiming emptiness. "This meaning" refers to emptiness. "Those" refers to hearers and so on. Without seeing emptiness, one cannot abandon afflictions, because emptiness in the form of the selflessness of the person is also the realm of those, but not in the form of the selflessness of phenomena. From "I have attained enlightenment" onwards, it shows that the thinker is completely pure. It is impossible to abide in samadhi that focuses on suchness, but it is reasonable to arise from that samadhi, which will be demonstrated below. If the Bhagavan is always the nature of non-dual wisdom, then how does he enter and arise from samadhi? This will also be explained below. "Showing the attainment of enlightenment" is because the sutra says, "I have attained enlightenment." "Having realized wisdom" is because it says, "I have realized wisdom." Wisdom that is free from all elaboration is enlightenment, therefore, realizing such wisdom should be understood as attaining enlightenment. Therefore, because the object to be focused on and the object that focuses are equal and of one taste, the enlightenment attained by the Buddha is extremely superior, and it becomes extraordinary through the realization of wisdom, which is its meaning. The actions to be done have been done in order to accomplish one's own benefit and the benefit of others. The explanation is "upholding vows" and so on. The words "what was to be done has been done" is its teaching. The remaining sutra words are its explanation. What is encompassed by abandonment and the perfection of wisdom is the perfection of one's own benefit, in which the perfection of abandonment is expressed by the three words "I have abandoned the burden" and so on, because this is to show the abandonment of the afflictive obscurations and the obscurations of knowledge and their habitual tendencies. The nature of the ripened result encompassed by birth in the three realms is the unreal, completely imputed.
