Having previously cultivated the four immeasurables, one should generate the unsurpassed Bodhicitta. So, what kind of special qualities of mind arise from the continuum of a disciple who has thus generated Bodhicitta? Considering this meaning, the Bhagavan spoke in the Sutra Taught by the Noble Inexhaustible Intelligence: As Inexhaustible Intelligence said: Venerable son of Sharadvati, the first Bodhicitta generated by Bodhisattvas is inexhaustible. Why is that? Because it is unmixed. That mind arises unmixed with all defilements. Because it does not desire other vehicles, that mind arises unrelated. Because it is not stolen by all external adversaries, that mind arises firm. That mind arises unseparated by all demons. Because it perfectly accomplishes all roots of virtue, that mind arises stable. Because it thoroughly understands that all conditioned things are impermanent, that mind arises permanent. Because it perfectly gathers all the Buddha's teachings, that mind arises immovable. Because it is separated from all wrong views, that mind arises unchangeable. Because it does not arise, that mind arises eternal. Because there is no antidote, that mind arises incomparable. Because it penetrates all dharmas, that mind arises like a vajra. Because it accumulates immeasurable collections of merit, that mind arises limitless. Towards all sentient beings, that mind arises equally. Because by nature it is without all pervasive defilements, that mind arises perfectly pure. Because the light of wisdom is clear, that mind arises immaculate. Because it does not abandon the superior intention, that mind arises very certain. Because love is equal and like the sky, that mind arises vast. Because it awakens all sentient beings, that mind arises extensive. Because it bestows the mind on the wisdom without attachment, that mind arises unobstructed. Because great compassion is continuous, that mind arises following all. Because it knows the ritual of complete maturation, that mind arises continuous. Because it perfectly shows with all-knowingness, that mind arises preceding.

Ground! Since it has not entered other vehicles, that mind is worthy of being observed. It arises in a way that all sentient beings cannot see. It arises adorned with the accumulation of merit. It arises fully comprehended by the accumulation of wisdom. It arises as the seed of all the Buddha's teachings. It arises indestructible by all dharmas. It arises as the abode of all things of happiness. It arises accumulated by the accumulation of generosity. It arises as the aspiration of excellence through the accumulation of discipline. It arises revered by the accumulation of patience. It arises difficult to conquer by the accumulation of diligence. It arises as the nature of peace through the accumulation of meditation. It arises unobstructed by the accumulation of wisdom. Having accumulated great love, it arises without harm. Having accumulated great compassion, it arises with a firm foundation. It arises having accumulated great joy, abiding in contentment, faith, and supreme joy. It arises abiding in great equanimity, unmoved by happiness and suffering. It arises blessed by the blessings of the Buddha. In order not to cut off the lineage of the Three Jewels, it arises as an unbroken practice. It arises widely renowned in the retinue of all Buddha fields in the ten directions. Monk, son of Sharadvati, is there any end to such an omniscient mind? He said: Son of good family, it is not so. Whoever wants to exhaust such an omniscient mind is like wanting to exhaust the sky. Inexhaustible Intelligence said: Monk, son of Sharadvati, likewise, the omniscient mind is inexhaustible, because the mind of enlightenment arises as its root, therefore it is inexhaustible. And so on. Also in that sutra it says, since thought is not fabricated, it is not artificial. Since it is unwavering, it is not fabricated. Since it is fully understood, it is unwavering. Since it is without deceit, it is fully understood. Since it is without deceit, it is completely upright. Since it is pure, it is without deceit. Since it is clear, it is without deception. And so on, extensively explained.
