The verses I mentioned are as they are in the original text. What is wisdom? Like this, innate wisdom, or wisdom arising from hearing, or wisdom arising from thinking, or wisdom arising from meditation. Also, in the scriptures it says: "Whatever is not a place or word of all elaborations, entering that heart's vajra, it is proclaimed as wisdom." That is what it says. Similarly, in the root text it also says: "The aggregates, elements, and sense bases, realizing their unborn nature, knowing emptiness is wisdom, it is said to be wisdom well." It is said that all internal and external phenomena are included in the aggregates, elements, and sense bases. The Blessed One said: "Brahmin, what is called all, all, refers to the aggregates, elements, and sense bases." Unborn will be explained below. "Said" means spoken by the Buddha and the Guru. Here it says: Generosity and other perfections and the objects of gathering, the four immeasurables and the seven limbs, the ten practices of Dharma and all virtuous actions, as well as the seven noble riches and the six recollections, mandalas, tsatsas, circumambulations, etc., are methods, the enjoyment body and the emanation body, only the Prajnaparamita, is wisdom, is the cause of the Dharmakaya. It is said: Son of the lineage, how can such wisdom be directly realized? It is said: It can be known by four great reasonings. What are the four? The reasoning of refuting production through the four possibilities, the reasoning of vajra slivers, the reasoning of being separate from one and many entities, and the reasoning of dependent arising. What are those? "What exists should not be produced, what does not exist is like a lotus in the sky, the faults of both become very many, therefore both of these do not arise." and so on, shown by four verses. Among them, what exists should not be produced, what does not exist is like a lotus in the sky, the faults of both become very many, therefore both of these do not arise. This shows the reasoning of refuting production through the four possibilities. Here, whatever phenomena exist, they will not be produced, because they have already been produced. Phenomena that do not exist will also not be produced, because they themselves are not established and there is no cause for production. The so-called both, the third aggregate, here nothing

Nāmed do. Acharya Shantideva also spoke of this meaning, saying: If things already exist, what use are causes? But if they do not exist, what need is there for causes? Even with hundreds of millions of causes, things cannot be transformed from non-existence to existence. What is that state like? And what is different from things? If there are no things when there is nothing, when will things arise? Because things are unborn, things cannot be separated from nothingness. If things are inseparable from nothingness, the occasion for things to exist will not arise. Because of the fault of becoming two natures, things and non-things should not exist. Likewise, annihilation is not existent, and permanence is not discernible. Therefore, these beings are unborn and unceasing. Thus, it is extensively said. Things do not arise from themselves, nor from others, nor from both. Not from causelessness, therefore, there is no inherent nature. This is the Vajra Splinter (argument). Thus, I, and action, and freedom, and Purusha, and karma, and nature, and qualities, and Brahma, and Vishnu, and the great gods, etc., the external and internal agents of Sebu, and other lords of their own divisions, also acknowledge that things arise from six causes and four conditions, those are inverted and mistaken consciousness, in order to refute them, the holy Nagarjuna said: Not from self, not from other, not from both, not from no cause. Whatever things are in whatever place, birth has never existed. Thus, it is said in the Root Wisdom of the Middle Way. For a detailed explanation of this meaning, see that treatise and its six major commentaries, two major ṭīkās, Madhyamaka Vimukti, Prasannapadā, Tarka-jvālā, Madhyamakāvatāra, etc. Furthermore, all phenomena, when analyzed by one and many, because self-nature is not discernible, it is certain that there is no self-nature. This is explained by the reasoning of separating one and many. Furthermore, the meaning of this "furthermore" is to show. When analyzed by one and many, the meaning of which is explained by Acharya Shantarakshita: These things spoken of by self and other, in the true meaning, have no self-nature. One
