The Sammitīya school, the Sthavira school, and the Mahāsāṃghika school. These also abide in eighteen schools, as follows: The Eastern and Western and Snow Mountain schools, the school that speaks of the world as transcended, the school that speaks of the existence of the imputed, the fivefold Sangha Mahāsāṃghika, the fourth is the Kāśyapīya, the Dharma Protection school and the Earth Bestowal school, the school that speaks of distinguishing, the Much-Hearing Sangha Red-Robe school, those who dwell in the Great Monastery, and those who dwell in the Victorious Grove, and those who dwell on Fearless Mountain, the three schools of the Sthaviras. The Sarvāstivāda school, and the Protection school, and the Vātsīputrīya school, the three schools of the Mahāsāṃghikas. Furthermore, some scriptures say that from that very manner, the school that speaks of the existence of the imputed is combined with the Sarvāstivāda school, and for the Mahāsāṃghika school, it is said to be the Vātsīputrīya school, and the Kuru Kula school, and the Sarvāstivāda school. Furthermore, some scriptures say, "Kāśyapīya is called Dharma Protection, Earth Protection and all exist, Eastern, Western, Snow Mountain speak of the imputed, Those who speak of distinguishing speak of transcendence, Red-robed Much-Hearing Protection, Kuru Kula Vātsīputrīya, Victorious and Fearless, Great Monastery school." Four and six and five and three, want eighteen different kinds. Thus, there are eighteen schools. The doctrine of Śākya Siṃha, is the abode of the leader of beings, due to the power of previous deeds. The difference of regional meaning teachers and, the difference of views is different, due to those different causes. The teacher is not different. The views of these and, the establishment of discipline should be looked at in that great scripture. The root should be explained, celibacy is called abandoning the realm of alcohol and women. Thus, the faults of alcohol should also be looked at in those scriptures and, the Sutra Pitaka that and that. The faults of women should also be looked at in the Sutras and Vinayas of the Mahāyāna and Hīnayāna, as the Blessed One taught the seven unions, in the Sutra of the Hīnayāna, "Here some Brahmins claim to practice celibacy, and do not engage in intercourse with women, but look at the bodies of women with their eyes.

Therefore, being attached to their appearance, playing together with women, making noisy sounds, attending to women, viewing women's ornaments through walls or curtains, enjoying the sounds of songs, dances, and music, looking at the other person possessing the five desirable qualities and developing attachment, and dedicating celibacy entirely to deities and other places, are all the same; this is called incomplete celibacy. As stated in the "Mahayana Sutra on Seven Teachings," "Even with conceptual thoughts, one should not rely on desire; what need is there to mention the union of the two organs?" Generally, the faults of desire can be understood from the "Sutra Requested by King Star Son" and the "Sutra on Admonishing Desire." Therefore, for those who do not truly practice celibacy but pretend to do so, and those who are arrogant with the signs and characteristics of monks, thereby despising the Dharma practices of bodhisattvas who remain at home, thinking that they, as renunciates, are superior to them, such pretense is like a thief. The sutra says, "The thief eats! The thief drinks!" and so on. Such sinful monks and novices should not hold the saffron robes that are the objects of veneration for gods and humans, because it is said that they are burning Dharma robes and burning begging bowls. As it is said in the "Sutra on Subduing the Morally Corrupt," "Even a portion of the saffron banner symbolizing the Dharma held by a morally corrupt monk, even as small as a mustard seed, should not be cut off." The faults here should be referred to in the "Sutra Requested by the Noble Kashyapa" and other such texts. Such sinful monks should not be allowed to enter the Mahayana teachings and the great path. That which is not tainted by such faults and is completely pure is called celibacy. The vows of a bhikshu are considered superior to those of a layperson, a novice, and a sikshamana, and therefore are considered pure bhikshu vows. The pure bhikshu vows are the foundation of the Mahayana, excellent and distinguished, and the Bhagavan considers it to be so. The meaning of bhikshu is beggar.

The full ordination is performed with four karmas. That is, there are four karmas: the karma of request, the request, the karma of two, the request, the karma of four, and the karma of stating three karmas. These four karmas also rely on two bases: counting as sentient beings and not counting as sentient beings. Among them, the karmas that count as sentient beings are: ordaining, fully ordaining, harmonizing individuals, rescuing from fallen offenses, expelling, banishing, vowing to reside in summer, blessing for seven days, twenty days, forty days, benefiting sentient beings, and the karma of punishing with penalties, which are called the basic karmas of counting as sentient beings. The karmas that do not count as sentient beings are: blessing robes and bowls, blessing hard food, accepting robes without being stingy, demarcating boundaries, harmonizing householders, and such basic karmas, which are the karmas that do not count as sentient beings. These karmas are also performed by two assemblies, by four, by five, by ten, by twenty, by an assembly of forty, and by the harmonious Sangha. Among them, the karma performed by two assemblies is: a bhikshu confesses his offenses of downfall or misdeeds in front of the bhikshu Sangha by stating the confession karma three times. The karma performed by four is the confession in front of the four root offenses. The karma performed by ten is the full ordination in the central region. The karma performed by five is the full ordination in the border region. The karma performed by twenty is the karma of expelling from the remaining Sangha. The karma performed by forty is the karma of fully ordaining a bhikshuni. The karma performed by the harmonious Sangha is the karma of demarcating boundaries, the karma of posadha, the dissolution, and other corresponding karmas. The upholders of the Vinaya of the Sarvastivada school, the venerable Dharma Protection, the venerable Melodious Sound, the venerable Wealthy Friend, the venerable Buddha God, the venerable Complete Contemplation, the great scholar Wealth Root, the elder Virtue Light, the venerable Shakya Light, and others say,
