It is very frightening! If the very nature of knowing is not examined from arising, then how can the movement of feet and hands, etc., be done by others? From wind, flesh arises, from which wind does it arise? If it is effort, then from where does that arise? If it is said to be desire, then you have certainly entered a wrong path. From the semen and blood of parents, the essence of head and feet, etc., and how do trees grow and increase from seeds? Why does sound come from the mouth? Sound also arises from clay drums, from these different causes, things and objects appear to be non-existent. Birds fly in the sky, see things in the dark, rats in holes, etc., fish in water, snakes with two eyes, hear and see. Other contradictory things also rely on not turning. Without seeing the place and the dweller, hitting the enemy with habit, without understanding the distinction of knowing, how can one hit without missing the target? The flow of water is just like that, if you don't know the cause, the initial grasp will lose habit, and there is no need to grasp this later. Mountains become high, the great ocean is unfathomable, tiny particles gather, if there is no action, who will do it? If it is said to be done by someone capable, then it is like a madman, how does the effort I speak of destroy at the time of destruction? The compass is for guiding iron from stones, etc., who connects the power of medicine and mantras, etc.? Therefore, due to various kinds of ignorance, like a small harp and a large musical instrument, all these appearances are connected by the mind. How can a yogi who meditates on cessation truly achieve it? How can things of stable nature be placed in other forms? Therefore, this should be an illusion. Like various kinds of illusions, these are pervaded by the mind, like many sesame seeds in water. The wonders of the world are not wonders to anyone. All seeds are on the ground, thinking that they are all here. How can the external place appear? For the time being, if this thing exists, then how do you determine their existence? Alas! If it is said to be the mind, that is reasonable.

Why be angry without a cause? Whatever it is, that is the aspect, Because one does not desire the fruit of habituation, Does consciousness arise and grasp external objects? In the beginning, does it exist or not? If it exists, what need is there for an object? If the meaning of scripture is certain, What need is there for scripture on the meaning of direct perception? Invisible worlds, other lives, etc., Understand by following what is said in the scriptures, Also, because it is the meaning of straightforwardness, Scripture does not establish existence. The sources of arising, such as form, Are taught as the realm of experience of the mind. Because they arise from their own seeds, The faculties are also of the nature of mind. When the appearance of an object arises, That itself is called an object. These are parts of the mind, The wise fully understand this. On this partless mind, The world Conventional truth exists. On this there is no eye and no form, No appearance and no attention. The deluded mind, like a dream, Is neither entirely existent nor entirely non-existent. From relying on good and bad friends, The continuum changes in whatever way it is. By the power of another's mind, It is also like being held by the elements, such as earth. If one kills another in a gradual sequence, It is not desired to be instantaneous. However, in this way, In whatever place, there is neither one to be killed nor one who kills. By the power of an undesirable body, The consciousness that engages in violent actions, This arises for the sake of fear, Just like the hells. Just as it appears, If the nature of phenomena is like that, For the sake of seeing the true meaning, Why are all beings not liberated? Therefore, it is delusion. For these beings, the self-arisen ones, With compassion, it is for the sake of abandoning delusion. Self-nature bliss becomes meaningless. Lightning, thunder, and rain, Clouds, wind, and hail, Except for being mind-only, Cannot be established in the middle of the sky. If objects were existent, And something were established by its own nature, With the distinctions of desire definitely separated, These would not be seen as many. Some are attached to young men, Others are attached to middle-aged women, Some are attached to old women, Others are attached to emaciated ones, Some are attached to bluish-black ones. When the appearance of women, When it arises from the nature of mind, With shame and great desire, Self-
