Divided into two: the way of internal expression is mind, and the essence of external expression is speech. If someone wonders what the expression of mind is, for example, Indra and so on are mentioned. Furthermore, someone might wonder why the worldly terms, letters, and languages that reveal immeasurable dharmas cannot be understood with just one word. Therefore, "the collection of elaborations" and so on are mentioned. Elaboration, which is the collection of all inverted natures, is the aggregates. Separation from this is the ultimate truth, which is what is to be shown. "No movement of mind" means that even the movement of experience is shown to be absent. If only the nature of expression were the conventional truth, then in that case, how could it be said that "there is no movement of letters"? If so, it would not contradict the order as stated, and the ultimate truth would be shown to be the opposite of the conventional truth. If someone says that the word "of mind" is spoken to eliminate the movement of conceptualization, that is not correct, because it would be sufficient to simply say "there is no movement of conceptualization." If so, it would reveal the meaning that is intended to be expressed. Since conceptualization and expression are both the same object, why even mention "what about letters"? Therefore, why use words of abandonment? Therefore, the nature of experience is that the mind has no movement, and it is connected to the subsequent expression. "This conventional truth cannot be without a cause," and so on, is a doubt that there is a consequential harm to the proposition. Like this, whatever is conventional truth is with a cause, such as the imputation of chariots and sentient beings, and so on. This is because it is conventional truth, so it is a nature reason. If being without a cause were the only one, then it would lead to the fault of being permanent, and so on, which is a measure with harm. Therefore, (someone) thinks that whatever is a cause is the establishment of a truly existent thing in the ultimate sense. Whatever has a collection of limbs, spokes, and so on, is called that. From where do the limbs arise?

In the phrase "from the collection," the word "relying" appears because it is dependent. If the word "from" is not obvious, then it is the fifth distinction. When "for the collection of limbs" appears, it also relies on the phrase "as the cause" that appears below, which is the distinction of karma. If it is merely to prove the general cause and condition, then at that time it is proving what is already established, because mundane causes are considered to be without beginning. If it is to prove the ultimate cause, then at that time, because the example lacks the dharma to be proven, the subsequent concomitance is not established, therefore it is uncertain, thus it is shown. For "unexamined," etc., the so-called "like that" is merely mundane. The so-called "this" is mundane. The so-called "in the manner of expression" is through showing that the nature of one and many is emptiness. The so-called "having intelligence" is "Tibetan." "Chariot," etc., also, through the example, it shows that the thing to be proven is emptiness. The so-called "from this nature of dharma" is from the nature of dharma of the cause of mundane characteristics, because its cause, atoms, etc., have been previously examined. Dependent arising, if unexamined, is merely considered to be pleasing, but ultimately it is not, because ultimately, suchness is utterly beyond existence and non-existence, because the master's teachings have shown, so here it is also said "has also been said." This is what the venerable Nagarjuna's face has shown from the establishment of convention. From that, with the examples of mantras, medicine, and illusion, with the reason that all dharmas are dependent arising, it proves that ultimately it is completely beyond existence and non-existence. Like this, is a mantra a single letter or a collection? For the time being, it is not a single one, because merely saying one letter would lead to the fault of producing a result. Any mantra that appears with a single letter such as "A," because the letters have parts, it is impossible to be one in reality, therefore, there is no mantra that is a single letter.
