It also shows that the complete affliction of affliction is the master. Like this, although it is emptiness in the ultimate truth, because there are conventional phenomena of cause and effect, it will be said that afflictions and so on will exist in various ways. By showing the complete affliction of the causes and conditions of afflictions and karma, it also implies complete purification, because if afflictions and karma disappear, then the disappearance of complete affliction will be achieved. Otherness and oneness are dependent on observation, therefore it is a synonym for "abandoning one and many." The meaning of phenomena is that, because it is a general statement, it refers to the manifest intentions of oneself and others, that is, all phenomena such as form. If these phenomena have no self-nature in the ultimate truth, then one might think, what will be the characteristics of these phenomena? Therefore, it is said "these phenomena are" and so on, because all deluded minds are conventional since the reality of phenomena is realized with a deluded mind. Because it exists in the nature determined by the power of thought of the deluded mind, what exists in it is conventional. If someone wants to know how this is, then it is said "if these want meaning" and so on. Like this, right and wrong pervade all aggregates, because these two are the nature of existing by abandoning each other. If the nature of correctness is prevented, then it will be said that these will naturally become existing on the other side. The meaning of without a hook is self-assertion, and one might think that this sometimes establishes the nature of these as false. The rest is easy to understand. Other teachings also said "skilled in the truth of how phenomena exist" and so on. From this sutra, all phenomena such as form are generally summarized, and it is shown that it is only the nature of convention, in this way it is shown. Showing in name means that aggregates and so on are only names, not in the ultimate truth, this is a synonym. Although the nature of the ultimate truth cannot be shown, the conventional of speech

Because sometimes it is thought that this is exactly what is to be explained, therefore, in order to avoid this, the word "conventional" is mentioned. Similarly, there are feelings, perceptions, volitions, and consciousnesses. If asked why, it should be added that "on bondage, it is also not truly existent," this is the basis here. "Properly" means possessing प्रमाण (pramāṇa, measure, प्रमाण). "Selflessness" means that it is not the nature of self, it is a synonym. Similarly, it is "selfless." "Sentient being selflessness" is just like the selflessness spoken of for the person. Similarly, just like the person, from the perspective of self-nature, it is also without self-nature, this is a synonym, and this is the basis here. "Mother of the Buddhas" refers to the Prajñāpāramitā. "Between" means pointing out the boundary, because one's own nature is emptiness, therefore form is empty by its own nature of form, and even up to consciousness, this is a synonym. The basis here is "because one's own nature is emptiness." "This" refers to the emptiness that is spoken of, which refers to the emptiness that is spoken of everywhere. Whatever has a nature, is not non-existent, is called "this." "This also" refers to the meaning to be expressed by the words spoken above. "Merely an imputed nature" is because it is contrary to reason and is harmed by प्रमाण (pramāṇa, measure, प्रमाण). "Two, etc." and so on refers to showing the very thing that is harmed by प्रमाण (pramāṇa, measure, प्रमाण). Other teachings also speak of "elephant strength." "Does not exist" is because there is no object of focus, so it is said that it also does not exist. Why is that? This is asking for the reason, that is, what are these illusory things composed of? What metaphor can be used to establish selflessness? "Because in this place, no true dharma is found" means that if one examines it with ways such as one and many, one will think so. If, because the ultimate nature is negated, all things are established as conventional entities, then, is it because the conventional existence of the nature of the speech of sound is why it is considered conventional?
