Therefore, since there are no related entities, it is impossible for the nature of the related and the relation to coincide. Therefore, all of these are rooted in atoms, and if the atoms are completely destroyed, how can they be established? One's own school says that the ten realms of the form realm are accumulations of atoms, and so on, which explains the meaning of the verses. If one wonders what means there are for the unconditioned, then it is said that all unconditioned phenomena such as space are mentioned. Saying "qualities, too, mostly" is because sound and so on are not qualities of atoms. What is relied upon is actually the substance of the fruit, and so on. What is closely relied upon is reliance upon reliance, and so on. If one thinks, how can one refute the fact that space and so on do not rely on atoms? Then it is said that permanent phenomena such as space are mentioned, and the rest is easy to understand. To say that it is expressed in terms of two and not two is to show it directly, that is, to combine the aggregate of consciousness with the similar possessor and selflessness. Among them, the state of having knower and known is the state of two. The state of only having knower is the state of non-two. Among them, there are two kinds of two states, some say that consciousness can only cognize objects in a non-image way. Others say that only with images can it be cognized. Among them, according to the view of non-image, it is not reasonable for consciousness to grasp external objects, because there is no cause for connection. For self-awareness, why is it considered only self-awareness? If it is not an external object, what connection is there? If it is said that because it is the nature of self-awareness, it is established as self-awareness, then, if that is the case, since it is the nature of grasping objects, why not establish it as knowing objects? If the function of consciousness grasping the image is what kind? By what should it be established as knowing the object? If that is the case, then there are also refutations and examinations for self-awareness, thinking these in mind, one should closely show what the function of self-grasping of self-awareness is, and refute it.

In order to establish that the objects of observation are different, it is said, "From the nature of consciousness as material," and so on. In short, the function of self-awareness is solely different from the material nature of vehicles, walls, and so on, because it is clear and does not rely on others to enter the path of expression. The rest is easy to understand. If someone thinks, why not establish it as the object of action and the agent? Therefore, it is said, "Not the object of action and the agent," and so on. This is merely an approximate expression, and in fact, it is not admitted to be the object of grasping and the grasper. In the "Separate Explanation" it is also stated in the same way. "Because the nature of the three is unreasonable," that is, the nature of what is to be produced, the producer, and what is to be produced, or the nature of what is to be known, the knower, and knowledge. If someone thinks, why is it unreasonable? Therefore, it is said, "Thus, it does not exist before arising, so there is no ability," and so on. If the thing itself, when it arises, produces what has not arisen, or produces what has already arisen? For the time being, it is not producing what has not arisen, because it does not exist before arising. If it does not exist, then it is separated from all abilities, because the characteristic of non-existence is only that. If it is said to be already produced, then at this time it has already arisen, and when there is ability, what is to be produced is also established, so it is unreasonable to be what is to be produced. If it is not like this, then it will become chaotic and endless. Whatever is not the same as the establishment and happiness of something should not be the nature of that thing, because it would be too extreme. For this reason, the objects of what is to be known and the knower are also refuted, because the objects of what is to be known and the knower are distinguished by the nature of what is to be produced, and so on. "Therefore" is a conclusion. In order to show that the function of external consciousness is unreasonable, it is said, "Therefore, this is of knowledge," and so on. "If" is to welcome the doubts of the other's school. "Because it distinguishes in each object," that is, because it is the nature of focusing on the object.
