Furthermore, letters, language, and other means of expression should also be understood. This should be understood in this way: because in revealing the ultimate truth, it is said that even the mind does not move. If only the nature of expression is the conventional truth, then it should be said that even letters do not move, rather than saying the mind. If you do not agree with these two sequences as stated above, then why use the sequence of expressing "the mind does not move, let alone letters"? If it is fully understood as the discriminating consciousness, then it should be said that even discrimination does not move, because there is no doubt. There is no definite measure for this. Without meaning and occasion, etc., general words cannot be specifically determined. Alternatively, the general category of expression follows discrimination, and if it is expressed, it is only repetition, why say it twice? If that is the case, then the mind does not move, it is only to show that the letters do not move. Because the word "also" is not beautiful. Because one's own characteristic is not expressing meaning, so remember it, and it is not only possible to express it. Even if the latter meaning is not expressed, it already includes the former meaning, because after the general category of expression, the inner expression will follow. Therefore, the Blessed One considers that the mind that conforms to the mere object also does not move, which is correct. In this way, everything is suitable. If that is the case, because it is self-awareness, the consciousness that becomes the object of the mind, purity is also true, whether it is reasonable or unreasonable, please say. This is an intermediate verse. Conventional truth is divided into two types: true and untrue, among which, that which is devoid of the meaning of what is examined, and arises only depending on things, should be understood as true conventional truth. The meaning of what is examined refers to the true arising, etc., as well as the appearance of consciousness, and the complete transformation of the chief and the elements, etc., which are devoid of these.

Whatever is merely a thing is able to function as it appears. That which arises in dependence on causes and conditions should be known as the true conventional truth. Thus, for the consciousness of even children, whatever appears from causes in accordance with the meaning is reasonably considered the true conventional, because things exist in accordance with their appearance to consciousness. Truly arising and so forth do not appear; in whatever way, they are merely fabrications based on tenets. If it were not so, it would inevitably lead to uncontested fallacies. There is no dispute about the aspect that appears to the consciousness of the proponent and opponent. If there is a dispute, it will be harmed by direct perception and so on. The unreal is the thoroughly conceptualized. Whatever is truly arising and so forth is a fabrication of thought, and that is the false conventional truth. The word "ni" means addition or reversing the order. So, how can the negation of truly arising and so forth become a false conventional truth? Because it does not appear like truly arising and so forth when things appear. It is not, because it is not different from the nature of things. If it is completely considered to be another dharma, then it will also become a false conventional truth. Why? The negation of arising and so forth, by the reason of negating the object of conceptualization of truly arising and so forth, we consider it to be in accordance with the truth. Others consider it to be only the truth. The word "again" means جمع (collection). If analyzed with reason, it is only conventional truth, why? Because there is no object to be negated. If it truly exists, then it is clear that there is no negation. Because there is no object to be negated, negation does not arise, because negation without an object is unreasonable. If the opponent thinks that on form and so on, the cause of conceptualizing arising and so on, and the speculation that things truly exist, that is the object to be negated. If that is the case, the nature of speculation, how can negation not be speculation? If the object to be negated is already speculation, then negation will also be speculation.
