It is to know what should be taken and what should be abandoned, or to abandon distraction. Difficult to obtain is: how extremely difficult it is to not be able to obtain. Having become like that, even so, if equal abiding arises in a hundred, and if it becomes good at that time, it is also to show that it is not there, therefore it is said "also in that". Also in that, that is, in such a situation. Habituation is the complete familiarity of wildness. Its prevention is pacification. When going there, there is nothing from anywhere. There, those who abide through meaningless things, contemplate and generate good aspects in a hundred, and strive for the demon of affliction or the demon of the son of the gods to fall into the great evil realms. For the sake of falling into the great evil realms, it is the cause of falling, and it is the meaning of abandoning in the hell of no interval, etc., which is the concluding remark. Thus, even with the power of trusting the Three Jewels, etc., how will one be born close to goodness? There, it says "wrong path" etc. There, such a situation will be obtained, the wrong path that is contrary to the true view, is fully shown by the pleasing side and conduct, etc., because of the many, it is because of the great fire. Doubt is not on the true path, it is also inverted wisdom. It is difficult to overcome, even if one obtains a good destiny in a hundred, one cannot abandon doubt in a hundred. Again, leisure is difficult to obtain, it is difficult to obtain freedom from the eight unfree states and it is excellent to obtain, like a turtle's neck entering the hole of a yoke in a vast ocean. Although there are other leisures in a hundred paths, it is extremely difficult for a Buddha to appear, the Buddha Bhagavan shows all sentient beings, eradicates the root of all suffering, and the one who extracts the arrow of affliction appears, that is, it is extremely difficult to arise, how also in some place, like the Udumbara flower, it is difficult to obtain the means of liberation from the ocean of samsara. How also, Buddha

Even if there is youth, it is difficult to abandon the river of afflictions. Afflictions are desires, etc., and the river flows continuously. That is also difficult, and even suffering cannot be abandoned. Therefore, alas, suffering will continue. Therefore, in that way, alas arises. Suffering, that is, difficulty will continue. Even if one is liberated from one suffering, one will fall into another. Now, seeing beings continuously suffering, possessing a heart tormented by compassion, other beings suffering because of suffering, beings who compose treatises feel sorrow for suffering. Therefore, it is said "Alas, suffering," etc. Alas and suffering are summarizing words for sorrow. It is very worthy of sorrow, it is very worthy of sorrow. These beings who do not distinguish between benefit and harm, possess minds stirred by the waves of the ocean of suffering, continuously जन्म and destruction. Who are these beings worthy of sorrow? Therefore, it is said, "Even so, extremely suffering." Which beings are blinded by ignorance and cannot see with the eye of wisdom, those beings cannot see themselves in suffering. Self is oneself, and being in suffering is being extremely in suffering. Thus, it is according to the order of narration. Being in suffering is being extremely in suffering, and suffering is a synonym for being close to attainment. In order to clearly illustrate with a corresponding example, it is said, "For example, someone," etc. Repeated bathing is bathing in water again and again. For example, someone, whose mind is weakened, fearing the cold, desires happiness and sits. It is completely entering. Repeatedly means each moment, or again and again. Thus, it is that beings themselves think they are in happiness, they think happiness is complete. Similarly, it is also being in suffering. Thus, it is according to the order of narration.

It is entering into the flames of suffering! Alas, these people oppressed by the darkness of ignorance with so much suffering, also do not see the carelessness that they possess, in order to show this reason. It is said, "old" and so on, those who do not have aging and decrepitude, that is without old age; those who are separated from death, that is without death; like without aging and death, those who abide by the practice of seeking, they are called that. Those themselves abide in play, and those who abide by definitely practicing, will come, that is, will approach. Decay is the purification of the cause of suffering of all of them, and being decayed by diseases and so on. If asked how it will proceed, the answer is: it is killed from the very beginning. It means, ultimately it cannot be cured or abandoned, it is killed from the very beginning, it means, it is done beforehand. Like this, the Blessed One said in the sutra of advising the king: Great King, for example, a great mountain coming from four directions, hard, stable, possessing essence, not destroyed, not broken, without gaps, very hard, completely dense, its base touching the sky and blocking the earth, grinding all the grass, trees, gums, branches and leaves, all sentient beings into powder, those are difficult to resist by running away quickly, or by resisting with strength, or by resisting with wealth, or by resisting with objects, mantras and medicines. Great King, similarly these four great destructions come, from those it is not easy to resist by running away quickly, or by resisting with strength, or by resisting with wealth, or by resisting with objects, mantras and medicines. What are the four? Old age, sickness, death and decay. Great King, old age comes destroying youth; sickness comes destroying health; decay comes destroying all perfections; death comes destroying life. From those it is not easy to pacify by running away quickly, or by resisting with strength, or by resisting with wealth, or by resisting with objects, mantras and medicines. Great King, for example, like the lion, the king of the mountains
