It is the very nature, like happiness and so on. Therefore, blue and so on are all the nature of consciousness, because apart from the nature of consciousness, it is never grasped at any time, so it is reasonable to say that "the nature of mind is grasping." Therefore, in this way, in order to establish the refutation of the existence of objective form, first show the nature that does not allow non-referential direct perception, and now, in order to show the nature that does not allow inference, "non-existence" and so on are mentioned. Because of the faults already mentioned, the Sautrāntikas do not consider the meaning of the separate appearance simultaneous with consciousness to be graspable. Then what is it? It is the generation of similar consciousness. In this way, when consciousness arises, it does not arise without an image. If blue and so on do not have its image, then there will be no experience. Experience is the dharma of consciousness, and consciousness is also another meaning that comes from meaning. The dharma of others should not be the dharma of others, like a lamp illuminating darkness. Therefore, consciousness itself is with an image. That is also occasional, so it depends on the conforming cause, and the senses and so on are not conforming, because they are common. Therefore, what is the cause of such an image that produces the image of consciousness? That is the external object, although it is always hidden, but because it is the cause, it is what we allow to be the object of consciousness, they say. Those who say this, understand by reversing the fruit of the nature of mind, if they promise that that reality can be grasped by inference, that is also unreasonable, what is shown is "non-existence" and so on, because the moments of meaning and consciousness that become cause and effect are different in time. When meaning exists, consciousness does not exist, and when it does not exist, how can form be grasped? This sentence should be added, it is the meaning of non-existence. Also, when the causes such as conditions arise

That is to say, when the wisdom of accomplishment arises, although it exists by virtue of its power, how can it grasp the formless since it is ceased? It will not grasp in any way, that is its meaning. Therefore, like this, refuting the existence of form as an object is to establish the nature that does not allow the inference that follows non-apprehension. Therefore, from the perspective of cognition, the form of the nature that is transformed from the elements and the elements is not established. That form, if it is only the aggregate of the nature of brief summary, how could it just be talk? Like this, when establishing the form aggregate, whether it is a past, future, or present form, or an internal or external nature, coarse or subtle, inferior or superior, distant or near, all of them are gathered together and called the form aggregate, and that is how it should be declared. Among them, if the divisions of form such as past are cognized by valid cognition, then it is reasonable to establish the aggregates in a brief summary, but in order to show that it itself is also non-existent, that is why it is said, "When is the moment," and so on. Also, when the two moments of mind that observe in that way arise with form, it is said that the present moment does not grasp, that is to say, at the time of complete manifestation, how could that moment of mind cognize the past and future forms? That is impossible, that is its meaning. This is how it is shown: Because you admit that for anything, the present form is very close to the mind, but it does not exist as an object, then what is the point of talking about the past and future eons? This is also because the division different from this is not established, so the close metaphor is mainly shown. Therefore, since the divisions are not recognized, the form aggregate is not established. Now, in order to abandon those who cling to what is not included in the form aggregate, but is shown as a place for the different capacities of the beings to be tamed, the internal nature of the eye and so on, and the external forms and so on, but cling to those as being truly existent, therefore, the two places of eye and form must be analyzed.
