Why is it said here again? Because they are afraid and rely on speaking of worldly people and their nature. Saying something with flaws is something that should be abandoned, but this saying is not flawed. Even if it has merits, if it should also rely on saying, then saying that it has nature is not meritorious, like this. So how do these worldly people abandon saying nature and say that it has nature? The answer is: how things are said is impossible. Because they abandon the saying as it is said and abide, worldly people do not abide in the view of things, but abide in a reversed way. Then, the light of the words of the Tathagata sun appears clearly, so worldly people should not be reversed. It is true, if worldly people have the eyes of wisdom, then how can worldly people who are blinded by the ignorance of lineage understand from the words of the Tathagata? Because they do not understand, they will inevitably be afraid of places that are not fearful. To prove this, it is said: The Dharma spoken by the Tathagata is due to ignorance, therefore they are afraid of this immaculate saying. Just as fire arises from relying on firewood, and rain falls from relying on clouds, here it is the meaning of cause. Similarly, the Dharma spoken by the Tathagata is due to ignorance, here also because of the particle "ཀྱི", it is the meaning of cause. As it is said, people who are not skilled in conventional and ultimate truth do not understand the Dharma spoken by the Tathagata, and because they do not understand, they will inevitably be afraid of teaching the Dharma that is originally peaceful and unborn. Moreover, they do not see the classification of teaching the Dharma that is originally peaceful and unborn, just as they put the objects of the Dharma of the self and what belongs to the self that they are attached to in their hearts, and children will say "I am gone", thus being afraid of the immaculate object of speech. Saying for the sake of saying, that is, the meaning of what is said is called saying, because it is being proclaimed. That saying is also immaculate because it has no characteristics. Unclear is called non-manifest. Then, they are afraid of this immaculate object of speech, here, the cause of fear is the source.

So. Therefore, based on the source, it becomes the fifth case here. If someone says, isn't it because the meaning of the cause is spoken due to the condition of kta'i? No, because the meaning is different. Because beings are afraid of the stainless speech itself. Why does speech become a cause? Because of being afraid of it. Then, what is the cause of fear for it? Not understanding is said to be the cause by the condition of kta'i. Therefore, the cause of fear itself is the reason for not understanding. The stainless speech is the cause of fear, again. If the stainless speech becomes the cause of fear, then it will become the fifth case. But this is not the cause of fear, because it is the cause of liberation from all fears. Therefore, it is said in the Ratnavali: The Dharma that exhausts all suffering, not possessing the wisdom born of hearing, becomes fearful because of completely not understanding, and becomes fearful of the place of non-fear. All these will not happen, because Nirvana will not be afraid. For the unreal spoken here, with what does it make it afraid? Liberation is selflessness, there are no aggregates, and also likes such liberation. Aggregates, realms, and sources, why does it not like such things? Thus it is said. Therefore, in order to know that it is not the cause of fear. It should be known that the stainless speech is shown as a non-object. There are also those who think like this: In order to abandon attachment to the characteristics of sound, the Acharya made a phonetic alteration according to his own idea. This is unreasonable. If the characteristics of sound are abandoned, through speech, thereby separating from attachment, then attachment will arise to the speech that separately abandons the characteristics of sound. But that is not the case. Also, if the combination of sounds is done in that way, then in order to abandon attachment to prose, will the combination also be done? But it was not done that way. Therefore, not remembering the characteristics themselves is through abandoning attachment to the characteristics of conditioned phenomena. It is not impossible to abandon attachment to it by other means. Therefore, the Acharya never makes a phonetic alteration. Then, for the time being, "walking not walking" etc. are phonetic alterations.
