In a delightful place being eaten by a ripened rat, as drops of honey from desirous craving fall, the mind relies on tasting them, and even though one feels comfortable, there is not even a little happiness in the mind. Moreover, just as a crow enters the footprint of an elephant, and when rain falls, that footprint is flooded by a great river, and the crow dies there, similarly, small gains and great faults are like childish ordinary people entering the footprint of tasting the pleasures of the world, and those who do not see the faults will also die in the great ocean of samsara. Here it is said: Since whatever is by its nature, if it changes, it covers suffering, but if it is not by its nature, how can it obscure suffering? Here it is said: If suffering were established by its own nature, what need would there be for pointing it out here? To say "the sun is hot" is not a beautiful indication. It should be said: You do not have detachment from suffering, this is what the Thus-gone Ones say is the ultimate of all obscurations. It is not that it should not be pointed out here, but because this body is the nature of suffering, but due to ignorance, ordinary people do not understand its true nature as it is, therefore, it is necessary to point out that you do not have attachment to and detachment from the nature of suffering. Because this dwells in that itself, but that itself is not seen, therefore the Bhagavan said this: "This is the best of all obscurations, which is the obscuration of ignorance." It is like being thrown from holding onto the tail of a donkey. Some hired servants took wages and abandoned half the work. The mother said to him, "Hold well what you hold." Then, one time he grabbed the donkey's tail, and even though he was kicked by it, he did not let go, thinking that everything should be held well. Similarly, the Bhagavan also teaches people to become disgusted with suffering, thus teaching those who are grasped by ignorance. Here it is said: If the body is indeed impermanent,
