What if the later moment arises from the destruction, non-destruction, or destruction-in-progress of the previous moment? If it is believed to arise from destruction, then sprouts would also grow from rotten seeds. Therefore, it would become causeless. If it is said to arise from non-destruction, then even without the seed changing, sprouts would grow, and the cause and effect would occur simultaneously, and birth would also become causeless. If it is said to arise from destruction-in-progress, then it would not arise from destruction-in-progress, because there is no destruction-in-progress apart from destruction and non-destruction. Moreover, the faults have already been stated for destruction and non-destruction. Therefore, how can the establishment of cause and effect, and the establishment of previous and later moments, be established? When there is no establishment of previous and later moments, and no establishment of cause and effect, then continuity also does not exist. Because there is no continuity, there is also no samsara. Therefore, for impermanent conditioned phenomena, there is also no samsara. Here, some say that it is true that conditioned phenomena do not revolve because they are consistent with reason and contradictory. So what is it? They say that the "self" revolves. It should be said that this order is the same for sentient beings. Because it is said that sentient beings revolve, if it is analyzed whether it is the permanent or the impermanent that revolves, then the reason why conditioned phenomena are not suitable for revolving also applies to sentient beings, therefore sentient beings are also not revolving. Here someone says that the way in which conditioned phenomena are not suitable for revolving should not also apply to sentient beings, because only conditioned phenomena that have become permanent and impermanent do not have revolving. If it is said in this way, then the "self" is not transformed into permanent and impermanent in that way. Just as it is impossible to say that the aggregates are the same as or different from the "self", it is also impossible to establish them as permanent or impermanent. Therefore, only the "self" revolves, and it will not fall into the previously indicated fault. It should be said: If it is said that the person revolves, then in the aggregates, sense bases, and elements, if it is sought in five ways, if it is not found, then what revolves?

Will become samsara. If there is such a thing as a "person," then that person will be in samsara. But in reality, it does not exist, because when searching for the skandhas, ayatanas, and dhatus in five ways, it does not exist. How is it? Wood itself is not fire, and fire is not outside of wood. Fire is not with wood, there is no wood in fire, and no fire in wood. Fire and wood are related to me and all the stages of grasping. Just like that, I am not the nature of the skandhas, ayatanas, and dhatus, nor am I different from them, nor am I with the skandhas, ayatanas, and dhatus, I do not have skandhas, ayatanas, and dhatus, and there is no me in the skandhas, ayatanas, and dhatus. Like this, according to the previously stated reasoning, when searching in five ways, I do not exist. If that is the case, when searching for the skandhas, ayatanas, and dhatus in five ways, it does not exist, because it does not exist, how can it be in samsara? Therefore, I also do not have samsara, just like the son of a barren woman does not exist. Furthermore, this self, from grasping to grasping, if it revolves, will become non-existence. If there is no existence and no grasping, then what will revolve? If it exists, even without grasping, it can still revolve, then I am dependent on revolving. How to prove that it has no grasping? From grasping to grasping, if it revolves, it will become non-existence. It is said like this. Here, from the grasping of humans to the grasping of gods, is it going to the grasping of gods after abandoning the grasping of humans, or not abandoning it? For the time being, if you say that you go after completely abandoning it, then at that time, because the previous grasping has not been abandoned and the later grasping has not been taken, there will be no existence between them. Because there is something separate from existence here, it is non-existence. Existence is the five skandhas of grasping, and it will be separated from them. What is non-existence and no grasping? Because it is separated from the five skandhas, it is separated from the cause of the imputed grasping, and it will become causeless, what has no grasping and is clear
