It says, "Arising immeasurable elaboration." This shows that from imputing concepts such as permanence and impermanence to the meaning expressed by sound as something to be expressed, immeasurable elaborations of the characteristics of sound arise. By directly experiencing the emptiness that is the characteristic of the utter absence of the nature of all things, like the sky, in a way that cannot be directly experienced, and by seeing that all things are inexpressible, the expressible ceases. Because there is no cause for expression to arise, it is said, "That is the meaning." This shows that for any yogi who sees in this way, his expressible will cease, and elaboration will cease. Because there is no cause for expression to arise, things do not exist, so elaboration ceases, that is the meaning. Because if things are seen as empty, the expressible itself will cease, therefore elaboration will cease through emptiness. Thus, if the expressible exists, relying on it, elaboration will also exist. If the expressible does not exist, how could elaboration without a basis exist? It will not exist. In order to show this, if it is asked: How does the expressible also cease? The answer is: The object of mind ceases. It says, "This is the remainder of the word 'because'." Connect 'because the object of mind ceases, the expressible will cease'. In order to show a detailed explanation of this, the object of mind is the object of mind, namely form and so on, that is the meaning. It says, "This is also because it is not completely established in ultimate truth." Because the object of mind, namely form and so on, is not completely established in ultimate truth, therefore it will disappear, so the expressible will cease. Thus, if the expressible is form and so on, if these do not exist, what will be expressed? It will not be expressed. In order to show the meaning of the word "object of mind," the object of mind is called a thing, because it shows its own nature and the universal nature. It spoke of the meaning of "cessation." Cessation is cessation.

It is like that, even if the knower's knowledge arises or does not arise, because the self-nature of the object's suchness, the non-discriminating wisdom's realm of activity, is not completely abandoned, so it is said. Because there is actually nothing to be eliminated, it is said to be like elimination. Therefore, the elaboration of the nature of expression by elimination is eliminated, which is the conclusion. The elimination of the mind's realm of activity is also not done by anything. So what is it like? The mind's realm of activity, form, etc., is unborn and unceasing, and its nature is the same as nirvana. Nature, the essence of dharma, and self-nature are different names. This shows how the mind's realm of activity, form, etc., changes. Because he sees things as they are, the mind's realm of activity, form, etc., fully understands that the unborn and unceasing nature is the same as nirvana, therefore his mind's realm of activity changes. Or, the elaboration made by others is stopped by emptiness. What is the reason for that statement? What is said is that the yogi of the teacher abides in emptiness, abides in the signless, and the object of expression is eliminated, therefore, the object of expression is eliminated. It is said that because speech enters and is eliminated. This is the meaning of that. And so on, this shows that the meaning of the previous verse is explained in another way. Here, the outsiders ask: What is the reason for what you Madhyamikas said before, that elaboration is stopped by emptiness? The teacher replied: The yogi abides in emptiness, abides in the signless, and the object of expression is eliminated, therefore the object of expression is eliminated, and elaboration ceases. It is said that because the cause of speech entering, seeing that things are empty, and because of elimination, the elaboration of the nature of speech changes. Therefore, the mind's realm of activity is eliminated. The mind's realm of activity is the flow of the mind, which is the meaning of that. What is said is how his object of expression changes
