The so-called "going" is the remainder of the phrase "the action of going has not manifested." The Samkhya school also believes that going exists when the manifestation of the collection of actions of the constituent parts of atoms has not disappeared. But because they prevent manifestation, going cannot be established, so it is just speculation. Here it is said: There is no beginning for what has not disappeared, because the action of going has not entered there. There is also no going for what has disappeared, because the action of going has disappeared. Is stepping the action of the characteristics of placing and lifting the feet, so it certainly has going? Here it is said: In the ultimate truth, there is no going in stepping, because apart from what has passed and what has not passed, stepping never exists. What is called "stepping," is it passed or not passed? If it is slightly not passed, then the two meanings have also been explained. If it is thought that there is a stepping of two natures, then from where the foot is lifted is passed, and where the foot is placed is not passed, so apart from those two, there is nothing that becomes the third stepping, so it is unreasonable that there is no going in stepping either. If stepping is unspeakable, that is, it cannot be established as passed or not passed, then therefore it is said: In what is passed and not passed, there is no going in what is unspeakable, because it is a path, like a past path, or like a future path. The so-called if it is not speakable, and it is not an object of consciousness, then therefore it is non-existent. If it exists, then it should not have going, because it is a path, like a past and future path. Here it is said: Going exists, because it has a name associated with it. Here, whatever does not exist does not have a name associated with it, just as there is no name "rabbit horn." Going exists, so it has a name associated with it, such as "Caitra goes." Therefore, going exists.

If so, what is said here, the term "Caitra goes," if examined correctly, is it examining the goer or the non-goer? Then, firstly, because going is not established, there is no goer. Therefore, it does not want to go. This refers to the fact that in the past and not past, and on the paths of walking, because going is not established in any way, when there is no going, the goer also does not exist, so how can there be going, where to go, and become the term "Caitra goer"? If it is the nature of the goer, then it will never be separated from the act of going. Therefore, that goer does not want to go. Some people think that it is not the goer, but wants to go through the power of action, and for those people it is also said: not the goer, should not go. Because it is separated from going, so it is like before. It is said that the nature is not the goer, and should not go, because it is separated from going, for example, in the previous and the later, because it does not have the nature, so it should not go. Also, if it is not the goer, then how is it the goer? If it is indeed the goer, then it contradicts not being the goer. From the category, admitting that it is the goer and not the goer, for the goer itself, because there is no third other than the goer and the non-goer, so for it, there is also no going, therefore it is non-existent. If going is the only existent, because there is an aspect that does not match the goer, that is, the dweller, then the examination of the dweller is also the same, is it the goer who dwells, or the non-goer who dwells? Firstly, the goer does not dwell, because it has not left the act of going. The non-goer also does not dwell, because for those who are separated from going, it is not appropriate to use terms that are opposite to going. Because there is no third other than these two, therefore, because there is an aspect that does not match going, that is, the dweller, the meaning of this reason is not established. The Vaisheshika school says, whatever does not go because the act of going has not arisen
