What kind of happiness is that? You, with reverence, constantly do not meet with her. 'This is me, not someone else's,' what is this complete clinging? If desire is happiness, then women would be unnecessary. The statement that happiness should be abandoned, I have never seen in any way. Even if one unites with a woman, if happiness arises from something else, who but a fool would hold that the cause is the lover? Like a leper scratching, the desirous one does not see the faults of desire due to ignorance. To those without desire, like a leper, the desirous appear to be full of suffering. To those who are helpless and threatened by hunger, what happens in a famine, that is the agitation of all sentient beings when encountering women. Some, due to pride, even develop attachment to toilets, some develop attachment to certain women, and some become jealous of certain people. Ignorance arises towards impurity, and anger and the like arise, in all cases, desire should not be a reason to arise. If impure vessels other than people are degraded, then where impurity arises, why is it not considered despicable? For the final object of all pure things, who is the wise person who would say that there is purity there? If someone lives in a toilet, and cannot exist without it, then for the impure worm, pride only arises from ignorance. No matter what method is used, the inside of the body cannot become pure, you strive for the inside, not the outside. If, like a leper, it is not the same for all urinators, then like a leper, the urinator will be abandoned by everyone. Some with damaged limbs become clean like replacing with a nose, because of impurity, like decorated flowers and so on, they also desire the same. Where detachment arises, that should not be called pure, and the thing that is necessarily the cause of desire does not exist anywhere. In short, impermanence, impurity, suffering, and selflessness, all four of these can exist in one thing. The method of abandoning the perverted view of clinging to purity from the Four Hundred Verses on the Yogic Practice of a Bodhisattva.

The Third Chapter. Who becomes a true victor in existence with the pride of thinking "I" or "mine"? Because all beings and all realms are equal. What is your pride when you are turned by the six assemblies of servants and the law? What is to be done, or where, depends on what has been empowered. Just as nourishment is obtained, the mind is like a generous lord. After the lord has given the gift, he boasts, "I am the giver." Others are in a state of suffering, but you remember it in reverse. What joy can be created for you who live by the work of others? If the protector and the protected lord of the earth appear in the world, Why does one have pride and why does the other not have freedom from pride? It is difficult to find those who live happily from their own work among all races. If it turns into non-virtue for you, then it is rare for you to have a good destination. What is done by being urged by others is called a fool on earth. There is no other dependence like you. Saying, "Protection depends on me," taking wages from the world, If one also commits sins, who is as merciless as that? If one should not have love for those who commit sins, Then the individual beings of each child will not all become protected. The cause of creating happiness for oneself will not change where it does not exist. By causes such as the scriptures, non-merit is also not destroyed. If what is called true protection is the Dharma of the lord of the earth, Why don't those who subdue afflictions also turn into Dharma? Because the world depends on the lord of the earth, that lord of the earth is despised as an example. The noble one is the mother of all the world, like the existence of existence. A fool does not obtain kingship, and there is no love for a fool. Even if he is the lord of men who protects, the Dharma does not abide where there is no love. The conduct of the righteous is not done by the wise, Because there are inferior, middling, and superior differences among them. The virtuous lords of the earth of the past nurtured the world like children. Those who rely on the Dharma in times of strife have now turned the mountains and fields into monasteries. If there is no sin for the king who strikes at the opportunity
