And it was also said, such as "Form is utterly invisible," etc., which was spoken to Rabjor (Tibetan: རབ་འབྱོར།). From the nature of the cessation of the twelve links of dependent origination, a definite aspect of the Buddha's qualities, namely the reality of the Dharmakaya's emptiness, is excellently explained. Therefore, it reveals the Prajnaparamita. Chapter Three on the Teaching of Wisdom. Having thus taught wisdom, now the means are taught, namely conventional truth. Such as "Generosity, discipline, patience," etc., just as frost does not appear when the sun rises, the means are taught. First, generosity is explained as the root. It is also said: "All the people in the world hope for only one happiness. How can those without wealth obtain happiness? By giving alms, wealth arises. Therefore, generosity is the root." There are also four kinds of generosity: Dharma giving, material giving, fearlessness giving, and loving-kindness giving. Even the rule of a king and one's own head can be given away. Possessions such as grains, gold, silver, precious stones, pearls, coral, vehicles, elephants, servants, slaves, maids, friends, wives, daughters, sons, cherished possessions, head, ears, nose, hands, feet, eyes, one's own flesh, blood, bones, marrow, fat, skin, everything of the heart can be given away. If so, isn't the conduct of a Bodhisattva extremely difficult? In the method of obtaining happiness, that is, the method of attaining Buddhahood, there is happiness that is not equal to the happiness of the Buddha. Even practicing with hundreds of sufferings will not turn into suffering. For example, like a father following after killing a child. As long as the mind is accustomed, there is nothing that cannot be done. The difference of the body lies in the incarnation, poison, and the peacock's nectar. When accustomed to it, even poison becomes nourishment. In particular, joy and happiness arise. Whatever is accustomed becomes nectar, therefore, suffering is a mental construct. The method of discipline is: discipline is the foundation of conduct. Abandoning the ten non-virtues, guarding the vows of individual liberation, benefiting all sentient beings, possessing a loving heart, being content with what one has, abandoning sexual misconduct, speaking truthfully, doing so. Not speaking harsh words, making others harmonious, subduing.

Speaking of conduct in accordance with the Dharma, speaking respectfully, having no desire or craving for what others possess, not giving rise to desires, abandoning wonders such as spectacles, being upright, without deceit, having great devotion to the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, and having great joy in causing sentient beings to become Buddhas. Through generosity, discipline, and so on, even the merit accumulated over a long period of time, if there is no patience, the sutras say that the merit will disappear. Shantideva also said: All the virtuous deeds, such as generosity and offerings to the Sugatas, accumulated over thousands of kalpas, are destroyed by a single instance of anger. There is no sin like hatred, and no austerity like patience. Therefore, one should diligently cultivate patience in various ways. Thus it is said. There are three types of patience: patience in accepting suffering, patience in not caring about insults, and patience in having certainty about the Dharma. The first of these is when someone says: "In order for me to help you attain the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment of Buddhahood, and to purify the conduct of a Bodhisattva, listen to what I say! If you do not listen, I will put you in a great burning fire and burn you to death! Endure the extreme suffering with your body!" The answer to this is: "Even so, I am very happy! For the sake of attaining the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment of Buddhahood through the Dharma, and for the sake of purifying the conduct of a Bodhisattva, even if the three thousand great thousand worlds were filled with burning flames, falling naturally from the realm of Brahma and burning, what need is there to mention the fire you speak of?" Patience in not caring about insults from others is: Symbolizing not seeing anger and cutting down, and when it exists, generating supreme patience, even if it is someone who cuts off hundreds and thousands of my arms, I will carry them on my head. And also possess a loving heart. Patience in having certainty about the Dharma is: For the extremely profound Mahayana, for the extremely excellent Dharma of the Sage, having obtained it from the beginning, not even for a moment giving rise to doubt, some people think that the intention of patience in having certainty about the Dharma is: Others
