It is said, "The land of Dharma is seen." Because the Dharma is not seen, there is no abiding in the Brahmacarya. Or rather, by abandoning dependent arising, the arising of all suffering is abandoned, because the arising of all suffering is dependent arising. By abandoning the arising of all suffering, suffering is abandoned, because if there is no arising, from where will the arising of all suffering occur? Because of abandoning suffering, and because of abandoning arising, the cessation of suffering is abandoned, because if there are no suffering and arising, by abandoning what will cessation occur? If there is no cessation of suffering, for the sake of attaining what will it become the path to the cessation of suffering? Therefore, the four noble truths will not exist, and because they do not exist, the fruits of the ascetic's path will not exist, because from seeing the truth, the fruits of the ascetic's path are truly attained. Because the fruits of the ascetic's path do not exist, there will be no abiding in the Brahmacarya. Furthermore, because the absence of cause is permanent, all dharmas become permanent. There is neither dharma nor non-dharma, and there is no worldly expression. If that is the case, what fault would there be in abandoning dependent arising? There is no dharma, no non-dharma, and all worldly expressions do not exist. Why? Because all of this is dependent arising, and if there is no dependent arising, from where will it arise? Furthermore, that which possesses its own nature, and that which is not dependent arising, and that which arises from no cause, become permanent, because those without cause are indeed permanent, and that which does not abide in the Brahmacarya will also become the same. It also contradicts the established tenets, why? Because the Bhagavan said that all conditioned phenomena are impermanent. Those are permanent by their own nature of permanence. Non-virtue and the unstated, as well as liberation and so on, have the same four faults. Therefore, all your conditioned things become unconditioned. That permanence is shown to the virtuous dharmas.

That is to say, whatever is virtuous, and whatever is not indicated, also has this. Likewise, it also exists in definite production and so on. Therefore, all these conditioned phenomena of yours will become unconditioned. Why? Because without a cause, there is no birth, duration, and cessation. Without these, there is no characteristic of conditioned phenomena, so everything will become unconditioned. Therefore, it is unreasonable to say that the self-nature of things such as virtue exists, so all things are not empty. Furthermore, you say: If phenomena have no inherent existence, then the name 'no inherent existence' will also not exist, because without a basis, there is no name. What you have said will be explained: To those who say that names have inherent existence, answer with names in that way. I do not say that names exist. To those who say that this name has inherent existence, that names exist, you should answer in that way. If the inherent existence of the named does not exist, then that name must also be without inherent existence. Because for something that does not exist, the inherent existence of a name does not exist, so we also do not say that names have inherent existence. Therefore, because the inherent existence of things does not exist, the inherent existence of names also does not exist. Therefore, it is emptiness. Because it is emptiness, it is non-existent, therefore it is unreasonable for you to say that because there is a name, there is self-nature. Like this, also: Regarding the statement 'there is no name for the non-existent,' is this existent or non-existent? If it is existent or non-existent, everything you have said will collapse. Regarding the statement 'there is no name for the non-existent,' is this nameless existent or non-existent? If this name is existent, or if it is non-existent, then both commitments will collapse. If, for the moment, it is said that the name 'no name' exists, then the commitment 'there is no name' will collapse, because now it is not non-existent, now it is existent. If it is said that 'no name' is non-existent, then for the non-existent there is no name. Therefore, the...
