Having the seven great characteristics of accomplishment, therefore, they are great Bodhisattvas. Among them, the great Dharma is because the Bodhisattvas extensively teach the Dharma such as the Hundred Thousand Verses of the Prajnaparamita. The great generation of mind is because of generating the mind for unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. The great faith is because they have faith in the profound and vast Dharma. The great intention is because they possess the intention to benefit and bring happiness to all sentient beings. The great accumulation is because the accumulation of merit and wisdom is immeasurable. The great time is because enlightenment is attained after three great countless eons. The great perfect accomplishment is because of perfectly accomplishing unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. "Dwelling" means dwelling with the four postures, or with the unsurpassed dwelling of Brahma and the gods, and the noble ones. "Te" means having shown the completion of dwelling. Among them, the Sangha of monks, because of doing work and practicing compassion, knowing that they always dwell at the feet of the Thus-Gone One, and because of constantly showing it, has been mentioned above. Bodhisattvas, in order to accomplish the complete meaning of immeasurable sentient beings, have great compassion for what should be done but has not been done, and in order to accomplish the meaning of sentient beings, they travel in all the worlds, so they do not always dwell at the feet of the Bhagavan, so it is mentioned below. Therefore, the Bodhisattva is not mentioned in the Sutra Pitaka of the Hearers, because it is not for them, and because it is impermanent. "Then" means after that. "Time" means definite, this means the time for eating is definite. The definite time means that it is definitely time to eat at this time, this is the definite time. However, since it is not known when it is, it is said "morning", which should be explained, that is, it is both morning and the "time" of time, thus summarizing the meaning. The characteristic of morning is that the time for eating for those who observe the Upavasatha vows and the renunciants can be obtained later, so it should be known that the Bhagavan made one explanation.

Thus it is said. Furthermore, the term "morning" should not be understood as absolute. Because the Blessed One might not do it, all three words are spoken. The so-called "skirt" refers to wearing clothes that are appropriate for being at home. This is also done to make the hearers respect the training. Furthermore, if one has not tamed oneself, how can one tame others? The so-called "wearing the Dharma garment" should be regarded as a characteristic of wearing, and others are not appropriate. The so-called "great city" is a distinction of place, meaning the distinction of Shravasti. Why did the Blessed One enter for alms? In order to make the hearers abide in few desires, In order to benefit laywomen, the poor, the sick, the elderly, etc., in order to enable the blind, etc., to obtain eyes, etc., and in order to constantly display various kinds of miracles, thereby causing others to generate faith in the Blessed One. One should understand the countless necessities in this way. The so-called "doing the work of food" refers to saying that to whomever the work of food, etc., has been done and accomplished. Even the Brahmas, etc., who are born from small roots of virtue, do not do the work of food because they are free from the desire to eat with food balls, so how could the Blessed One, who was born from inconceivable roots of virtue, do it? In this way, it is also said in the Sutra of the Collection of the True Dharma of the Noble Ones: "The Tathagata has no obscuration or shame, does not do defecation or urination, and the body is not weak." Although that is true, if the body of the Blessed One is not the ultimate truth, then changes will occur in all occasions of dispute. When this is the emanation body of the Blessed One, showing such behavior and acting in accordance with the thoughts of the beings to be tamed, how can disputes occur at that time? In order to praise that even a human being, if he initiates diligence, can obtain such an unsurpassed state, so in order to show the human body to those to be tamed, he shows the manner of eating in that way. To whom do the givers and patrons go for alms,
