Although forms are diverse, the statement "the stream of consciousness of all sentient beings is one" has a different meaning. The sound of 'one' is synonymous with 'only.' Because it is said: The chief is also one, others are also one, the only thing desired is merely. Therefore, it is shown thus: Their stream of consciousness is only one, and in it there is no self, mine, object, and subject. Some say that it is impossible for two minds to arise simultaneously, which is said in terms of the mind of loving-kindness, etc., corresponding to the mind of the opposing side. Because the nature of the two being incompatible is not contradictory. The commentator on the Explanation says that it is of the same kind, etc., and the basis shown earlier, its intention is also clearly this. This is also what some teachers say. These objects of form are shown for the sake of external objects, but not for consciousness, so it shows that consciousness is without form. External objects also do not generate form in this. Considering this, it is also said in the Holy Mañjuśrī Manifest Enlightenment Sutra: Secret Lord, the mind is not blue, not yellow, etc. Furthermore, consciousness empty of various forms also exists, appearing as indivisible particles, etc., arising from meditating on the true meaning. Thus, true and untrue, whatever is extremely meditated upon, when meditation is perfected, the fruit of non-discrimination, that is wisdom. There is extensive analysis, so let it be put aside for now. Wanting to realize such dharmas without doubt is synonymous with wanting to attain separation from all superimpositions and ascertainment. Others think that abiding in the means of the twelve aspects of the wheel of Dharma revolving three times will quickly attain the state of the Victorious One, but not by striving in the Perfection of Wisdom. Therefore, Mañjuśrī three times

After reciting, it was said, like wanting to hear the turning of the twelve-aspect wheel of Dharma, and so on. What is meant by "how" is by what method. Where is the twelve aspects turned three times? Connect it like that. Regarding that, this is turning three times, that is, this is the noble truth of suffering. It should be completely known through direct perception. What is meant by "already completely known" is the noble truth of the path that leads to the cessation of suffering. It should be cultivated through direct perception. What is meant by "I have already cultivated." Monks, properly attending to the Dharma that has not been heard before, eyes are born, knowledge is born, wisdom is born, clarity is born, and understanding is born. The words of action should also be applied to the three aspects of each truth. Therefore, since each of the four noble truths is recited three times, it is recited three times. When all such recitations are added together, they become twelve aspects, and therefore it is called the twelve-aspect wheel of Dharma. That sutra was first taught in the place of Varanasi. The wheel of dharmas is the wheel of Dharma, because it is similar to a wheel, it is a wheel. For example, the wheel-turning king follows the precious wheel, and all the armies also follow and eventually proceed. Similarly, the Lord of the three realms, the supreme Dharma Lord, the Bhagavan Tathagata, also expounded all the Dharmakayas that were spoken after the sutra that was first spoken. What is meant by wanting to hear is the wisdom of non-duality in which the turning of the wheel of Dharma has become a means. What is meant by wanting to realize is the wisdom born of thought. Then, wanting to believe in that object refers to the belief that arises after the wisdom born of thought, thinking, "This is the truth." What is meant by wanting to enter is the wisdom born of meditation. This Prajnaparamita should be heard, like this, the method of turning the wheel of Dharma, there is no other way except to familiarize oneself with the two selflessnesses of person and phenomena. And this is also shown here.

It is so. Furthermore, if one's mind is filled with love, encompassing all sentient beings, and does not dwell on the notion of sentient beings, being free from arrogance, therefore being the supreme one who is free from contention with all the world, and not being attached to worldly thoughts, therefore not perceiving the elaborations of the world, such a person will quickly attain enlightenment. But not by striving in the Prajnaparamita. Therefore, in order to spread loving-kindness to all sentient beings, it is said, "Also desiring," and so on, meaning that without striving in the Prajnaparamita, such conduct cannot be accomplished. Also, if someone wants to realize that all dharmas are primordially peaceful, naturally completely in nirvana, unborn, etc., thinking that they can quickly attain unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Therefore, it is said, "Desiring to realize all dharmas up to the unborn," and so on. The word "up to" in the text includes the meaning of primordially peaceful, etc. The unbornness of all dharmas is equality. Faith has already been shown before. This is desiring the unbornness of all dharmas, so it is not a repetition. The so-called "should be studied in a non-objective way" means that this study is in the order of listening, reading, and so on. This desire can only be increased by striving in the Prajnaparamita, but there is no explanation of unbornness, etc., in others. If it is said, "Should study" in this way, it will show that the agent, the action, and the things to be learned are all real. Therefore, it is said, "In a non-objective way," meaning that one should study without being attached to the agent, the action, and the things done. This shows that the three wheels of study are completely pure.
