Since there is no entity of conceptualization, the Tathagata is without entity. Its entity is the very absence of entity. Therefore, because of the very absence of entity, the Tathagata is the field of merit that one possesses and others, because that is its nature. For that reason, it is the unsurpassed field of merit that surpasses all. For this reason, it is also unsurpassed, because it is very subdued, because it abides for a long time, and because it fully bestows not a few fruits. In order to show those in order, it is said, "That is not a field that is full," and so on. It is not full of faults, nor is it not full of qualities. O Bhagavan, also on that, no dharma will truly be accomplished, this refers to the imprints of afflictions. "Will not decrease" refers to the qualities of the worldly ground and also to nirvana. "Sowing seeds on it, it will not increase nor will it completely decrease," on that, "on that" refers to that place. The seed is the virtue that is directed towards that, it is a synonym for placing and having a seed of virtue in one's own continuum. If there is no decrease and no increase, then the fruit will be the same. Even so, since there is no particular excellence, doubting whether it will become not unsurpassed, therefore, Manjushri, what do you think, sowing seeds in that field, etc., thus he taught. O Bhagavan, like this, that field, etc., is showing what one wants to say. "Inconceivable" means without remainder. Thus it is shown, sowing seeds in an inconceivable place will become an inconceivable fruit, because the fruit and the cause are consistent. There, the inconceivable fruit is also the Buddha, and that is also without decrease and without increase, because it is unsurpassed. Therefore, the seed is also said to be without decrease and without increase from the perspective of the fruit. Therefore, at that time, by the power of the Buddha, etc., is the dharma that is free from superimposition and defamation.

It shows the greatness of various names. The so-called "the great earth shook in six ways" is a difference in function. The six ways are extreme shaking, high, low, sounding, shaking, and commotion. The so-called "without taking, the mind is liberated from all leaks" refers to the statement of liberation from all entanglements because there is no subtle affliction. The arising of the Dharma eye means the arising of the realization of the truth. Whatever wisdom sees the Dharma of sentient beings without self, etc., is called the Dharma eye. Saying "Dharma" means cutting off the flesh eye, which is not explained in the scriptures. Here, the nature of Dharma is a statement of goodness. The names eye, clear, appearance, wisdom, and wisdom are not different. The so-called "Dharma" refers to the noble truths such as suffering. This eye is also dust-free, that is, without dust such as desire. Therefore, it is immaculate, because it is free from defilements such as desire. This is also an explanation of the previous statement. Furthermore, the previous statement is made in terms of the nature of seeing being free from dust. Considering the immaculateness of the nature of non-seeing, it is the latter statement. The so-called "exposing one shoulder" refers to the statement of putting down the round monk's robe and exposing the left shoulder. Here, the word "one shoulder" is combined. The so-called "what is the cause, what is the condition" is a name, as it is said in other sutras: "There are two causes for generating right view, and two conditions, namely the voice of others and the inner rational attention." In order to completely abandon the power of gods, etc., it is said "what is the cause." The so-called "these past Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, also" refers to the Blessed One Kashyapa Buddha, etc. Others say, "This shows the path to Buddhahood in the name of Dharma, so it is also of beginningless time." This explanation is unreasonable, because even in the mundane world, that place has no beginningless time, because it will form
