It is not, nor is it the arising of vast minds, nor is it separate from both, this is destruction. However, relying on the Prajnaparamita, the non-separation of that vast mind, because it is the nature of emptiness, is seen and it is known that the mind is vast, so it is said. The term called separation, because it is separated from all realizations, separation is the Dharmadhatu itself. Subhuti, again, saying "other" and so on, is to show the immeasurable mind, that is, the immeasurable without support. It is said that this is because the immeasurable itself dwells pervadingly, or exists because of the shape. The Tathagata does not see the immeasurable mind in this way, but sees that the non-support of all minds is non-abiding. Thus seeing and truly knowing the immeasurable mind, so it is said. This commentary was not in the previous books, therefore it is said to be supplementary. The term "demonstrable" means demonstration, here referring to the characteristics of impermanence, etc., because it is connected with the characteristic symbolized by the mind in the situation of hearing, etc., therefore it is demonstrable. The term "equal demonstration" refers to when the mind, which is equal to the nature of suchness, is realized by the transcendental wisdom, then it is said to be equal demonstration. Therefore, the self-nature of the mind, the self-nature of the mind is the Dharma-nature of the mind. That itself is the self-nature, these have that, therefore it is the self-nature of the mind, this is the collection of words that are not obvious in between. The term "undemonstrable" refers to those that are said to have characteristics, etc., with the characteristics of impermanence, etc., in the state of intense cultivation, naturally and repeatedly contemplating, at that time it is said to be undemonstrable. This is also because of contemplating one's own nature, how does the Tathagata know the conventional nature of minds in the ultimate truth? What is said as "without characteristics" etc., the characteristic of the mind is attachment, which is one's own characteristic.

Because that does not exist. The meaning is that because the nature of things (rdzas) is empty, the mind is not manifest. Saying 'not manifest' means that it is not manifest to all eyes, and this is called mind, which is a conceptually constructed expression, but it does not exist by its own nature, but because it does not exist. What is seen also does not appear to the eyes, therefore, this is the meaning of 'not manifest'. The so-called 'three' refers to the eyes of flesh, the eyes of the gods, and the eyes of wisdom. The so-called 'all' also includes the Dharma eye and the Buddha eye. In short, there are four types of eyes: those that grasp form, those that grasp the ultimate truth, those that grasp the conventional truth, and those that grasp all knowable things in all ways. Grasping form also has two aspects: the result of karma and the result of cultivation. Among them, the result of karma is the eye of flesh, and the result of cultivation is the eye of the gods. That which grasps the ultimate truth is the eye of wisdom, for the purpose of attaining the noble person through the power of ultimate wisdom. The wisdom that grasps the inverted conventional dharmas, that is, grasps the truths of suffering and so on, is the Dharma eye. Knowing everything effortlessly is the Buddha eye. If the conventional eye manifests conventional form, then the Tathagata also knows that that nature does not exist. Because its nature does not exist, it is said that it does not appear to all eyes. In previous books, it was read as 'three' instead of 'all'. Among them, for the Dharma eye and the Buddha eye, with the pure wisdom of the conventional, it is included in the eye of wisdom itself. Furthermore, what is said is that the meaning of the existence held by the eyes of wisdom, Dharma, and Buddha is correct, therefore the mind that does not appear, for the eyes of flesh and the eyes of the gods, because it is not inverted, therefore it does not hold, this is reasonable. The conventional wisdom of the Buddhas is not inverted, this is the…
