Thus it is said. The "supreme understanding" that is spoken of is that one should generate understanding up to oneself, such as "How am I?" etc. All suffering is all of the five aggregates with outflows. One should be liberated from all of them. "From all" means all distinctions that are not other ways of going. "All" refers to the three sufferings. "All aspects" refers to all discriminations. "All" means without remainder. "To be liberated" means from the aggregate of suffering. "Suffering" means accumulation. "Harmful mind" means anger. This shows that even in the conventional sense, it is difficult to have no supreme understanding. Previously, it was shown to be difficult to have no discrimination in the ultimate sense. Clarifying with an example, such as "other" etc. How is it that there is no self in everything, means from all distinctions such as self, sentient beings, life, etc. "All" refers to how it becomes the distinction of visible and invisible, etc. "In all aspects" means from the aggregates and elements, etc., it is other and not other. "All" refers to all times. How is it that I, like that, all phenomena are not existent. "From all" means from all the distinctions of the collection of aggregates and elements, etc. "All" refers to how it becomes a collection, because the limbs of the collection are complete. "In all aspects" means from all supreme distinctions, in self and others, it is the meaning of all and not all. "All" refers to as before. Previously, in order to clarify with what intention the venerable Shariputra said that even bodhisattvas are unborn, the venerable Subhuti said, "Whatever" etc., that is, form etc., because form etc. are not completely grasped by the Perfection of Wisdom, therefore it is separated from the nature of unborn and the nature of bodhisattvas and fruit, but omniscience is the nature of fruit, so how is it born?

Saying "non-existent" is showing the impossibility in relation to the beings to be tamed, thus it was spoken. However, omniscience (Sakyajñāna) itself is also without birth, that is, the dharmas of omniscience, such as powers and fearlessness, etc. Bodhisattvas, etc., to be attained are without birth. Then, for accomplished ordinary beings, etc., there is also this, but it would be a fault to be without the conduct of a bodhisattva, etc., thus it was spoken. However, ordinary beings are also without birth, thus, the nature of non-birth is closely shown to all dharmas. Previously, what was desired was manifested, and the falling of what was not desired was eliminated, thus it was spoken. Venerable Subhuti, then, etc. Is it subsequent attainment? This is because, in the very beginning, the nature of non-birth is in everything, only the dharmadhatu itself, because the dharmadhatu is always constant from the beginning in all times of its nature. From truly knowing form, etc., one truly knows the dharmadhatu itself, and all sentient beings will also be seen in the ultimate sense, this is the intention. Saying "Thus it was said," etc., is Subhuti's answer. "For the unarisen dharma" refers to the bodhisattva, who is the one who makes the dharmadhatu. "Attainment" refers to omniscience, it is not desired to be the activity of the dharmakaya. "Nor is it realization" refers to the realization of attainment. If it is desired, then at that time, with the nature of non-birth, the bodhisattva attains the bodhi of the nature of non-birth, thus for me, it would be a fault that I do not want. Thus, I do not want it, therefore it is not reasonable to become a fault. "The attainment of the unarisen by the unarisen will not be attained," this is saying that the dharmadhatu individually knows the dharmadhatu, this is also the meaning of what I do not want. After that, the venerable Shariputra, if the unarisen will not attain the attainment of the unarisen, then will the arisen attain the attainment of the arisen? Or will the arisen attain the attainment of the unarisen? After making this examination,

These two are questioned, i.e., with "What else?" etc. If a Bodhisattva who possesses suchness as his essence completely attains the fully conceptualized, if it exists in that way, then he will obtain the attainment of birth through the Dharma of non-birth. If a Bodhisattva of complete conceptualization attains the essence of true Bodhi, suchness, if it exists in that way, then he will obtain the attainment of non-birth through the Dharma of birth. This is refuted by the desire for existence, i.e., with "the Dharma of non-birth" etc. The meaning is this: the meaning of non-duality is suchness. Even so, if the unborn and the born become one and the same essence, then at that time the unborn will obtain the born, and the born will obtain the attainment of the unborn. If it exists in that way, then for both sides, it will become that the Dharma of non-birth is birth. This is also unreasonable, the Dharma of non-birth is completely established, so how can there be a nature of complete conceptualization that arises? If one says again that the Dharma of non-birth is itself unborn, then at that time it will be well said, meaning that the Dharma of non-birth is not the attainment of non-birth. Because the Venerable Śāriputra explained that both the born and the unborn exist, he said, "The nature of birth" etc. The meaning is this: birth is momentarily manifestly established for those who have causes, so why is it the nature of the emptiness of non-birth? If one says that the Dharma of non-birth is emptiness, that is also birth, which is unreasonable. Therefore, the meaning is that both birth and non-birth are also only separate. The Venerable Subhūti said that there is no non-birth in terms of the nature of complete conceptualization, i.e., with "Is it the Dharma of birth?" etc. He said, "I dare not say," meaning that saying the unborn is also abiding in the nature of complete conceptualization, therefore I do not think so, meaning that it is originally birth. If the unborn exists, then attainment and realization are also unreasonable, the Venerable Śāriputra said that it will become different.
