Dwelling in a place, and dwelling in perfect contemplation. Among them, all the activities of the body of the Buddhas are the first, and all the activities of speech are the second. For those who abide equally by nature and for those who tend to manifest samadhi, the activities of mind of those two are the third. The Buddhas look at sentient beings with the Buddha's eye, and in order to gather gods and others, the activities of mind of those two are the fourth. Where did you stay in Rajagriha (Rajgir, a city in Bihar)? He said: In a place called Vulture Peak Mountain. In order to gather both householders and renunciants, and in order to show that the form body and the dharma body can benefit, it is said twice. The listeners also mentioned Vulture Peak Mountain to indicate that they had been coming to this teacher for a long time. In order to show the perfect entourage, it is said: Together with the great community of monks, etc. Because of the large number and the excellence of the qualities, it is called a monk. Because the non-manifesting nature of the monk's precepts arises completely, it is called a monk. The Vinaya holders say: The monk's precepts are also produced in ten ways. Because self-arising wisdom arises completely, they are the Buddhas, the Bhagavad Buddhas, and the solitary Buddhas. Some because the noble path arises completely, and others because they receive full ordination by means of "Come here", and because of refuge, there is a gathering of sixty good groups, and because of promising to be a teacher, there is the noble Light Protector, and because the messenger promised the offering mother and the heavy Dharma, there are the noble mother Gautami and others, who received full ordination with three karmas and four karmas and five irreversible ones, until today. How does the Sangha of those monks exist? It is in the manner of assembly. How is that Sangha? Because it is completely gathered with irreversibility. To the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, even a hundred thousand demons cannot separate, therefore it is called Sangha. Having skillful means.

The term "ིག་" means "together." Previously, the word "great" was used for a general explanation, and now we will specifically explain the numbers. The term "twelve hundred and fifty monks" refers to thirteen and a half hundreds, which is twelve hundred and fifty monks. The greatness of virtues is spoken of, such as "all are Arhats," etc. Enemies refer to afflictions, and because these afflictions are destroyed, they are called Arhats. The term "阿热 (a re)" means adding "哎 (e)" to "汉德 (han de)," where "德热嘎 (de re ga)" is also a word of certainty. Or, having destroyed, there is no more aging, therefore it is Arhat. Or, from gods and humans, becoming the object of offerings and acceptance, therefore it is Arhat. This explains the merit of the place of offering. The term "exhaustion of outflows" refers to the "outflows" that produce afflictions and roots of virtue, and there are four types of outflows: the outflow of desire, the outflow of existence, the outflow of ignorance, and the outflow of views. These are also, in order, the five desires, the three existences arising together, the universally discriminated ignorance, and those that develop into sixty-two views. Because these are outflows, they are called exhaustion of outflows. Through the aggregates of non-learning morality and samadhi, the outflow of desire is exhausted; through the aggregates of non-learning wisdom, the outflow of views is exhausted; through the aggregates of non-learning liberation, the outflow of existence is exhausted; through the aggregates of the wisdom vision of non-learning liberation, the outflow of ignorance is exhausted. This shows the merit of complete purification. The term "without affliction" means being free from all afflictions. All afflictions are of four types: the affliction of karma, the affliction of maturation, the affliction of afflictions, and the affliction of birth. What causes all afflictions is what causes suffering, and what becomes all afflictions, what is the affliction of all, and what causes all afflictions. Among them, because ignorance ceases, it is said that actions cease, therefore there is no affliction of karma. Actions
