Sages and five hundred ascetics and five hundred Brahmins gathered together. They thought they should perform a sacrifice, and "sacrificing with sheep" is quoted from the Vedas. To this, the Brahmins said, "'With sheep' means to sacrifice with livestock of sheep." The ascetics said, "'With horns' means to sacrifice with rice and other things that grow without being planted." At that time, a man named Norgyi Dokpa was the king of the supremely victorious city. Because of the dispute that one who is proficient in the meaning of all the Vedas should be the standard, both sides went there. The Brahmins threatened Norgyi Dokpa, saying, "If you do not make our side the main one, then we will burn you to ashes with the fire of curses." Therefore, only the side of the Brahmins was regarded as the main one. Because of that sin, he fell from the lion throne, the earth also cracked, and he fell into it. Therefore, Brahmins, in activities such as sacrifices, cleanse the ground by sweeping and recite, "Son, arise." The son of that king, named Gyalwai Shingta, the ministers went and said to him, "Go and search for land." In a dream, the goddess told Gyalwai Shingta, "After crossing the Ganges, not too far away, there are five mountains, and in the middle there is a lake. Build a city there. There, your kingdom will last long." Gyalwai Shingta did everything exactly as she said and built the city. However, there, non-humans abandoned the royal palace and created terror everywhere. Then, the king completely surrounded it with iron fences and said, "These are all my home." From now on, it will not be demolished, therefore it is the royal palace. Living in the royal palace is called Lada. Because it is combined with Tisma, it is not hidden, it is Lada. Commonly, it is the nature of body, speech, and mind abiding in equanimity. Specifically, there are four abidings of the Buddha: abiding by conduct, abiding by teaching the Dharma, and abiding by equanimity.
