From here, preceded by the statement of Subhuti, whatever was said, starting from "then" and so on, up to "whatever form is not bound" and so on, to "the suchness of complete knowledge," the meaning is this: If form and so on exist, then at that time, binding and liberation and so on will certainly truly occur to it; but if they do not exist, then at that time, the statement "form is not bound, neither bound nor liberated" and so on is not logical. To this, Subhuti's answer is "like an illusionary person" and so on, the meaning is: Just as an illusionary person does not have form and so on, but can be spoken of as such, so too here. "That" refers to not being bound and not being liberated. Why? In order to clearly express the reason, a question is raised: Whatever form and so on are, they are all completely imputed, and their suchness is neither binding nor liberation, because they are non-existent. Furthermore, for an illusionary person, the concept of "person" is imposed, but this is non-existent; similarly, because complete imputation is non-existent, binding and liberation are also non-existent. Furthermore, there, the appearance of a person's form is produced by mantras and tantras. That is restoring tranquility, because the nature of appearance is empty. Because it is completely tranquil from binding by other-power, binding and liberation do not exist. Furthermore, regarding things like trees and so on, the reason for illusion is also unborn, that person abides in nature with the nature of a person's appearance, the nature of things like trees and so on that are completely accomplished by being unborn, is unborn, the completely imputed and the nature of other-power and so on. Therefore, for it too, binding and liberation do not exist. "These are" and so on is for summarizing. In merely saying "having donned great armor," one should also add the words "truly entered the Great Vehicle" and "truly abiding in the Great Vehicle," meaning that even at the time of entering and so on, one does not completely abandon the armor.

It should be viewed in this way. In some places, only the phrase "having correctly entered the Mahayana" is recited. Manjushri said, "Also completely satisfied with this." "Thus said," and so on. Having completely explained the great armor in this way, Manjushri will ask to determine the meaning of "having correctly entered the Mahayana," and so on: "Bhagavan, how..." and so on. Since the great armor has already been distributed, how is it related to "having correctly entered the Mahayana" and "having correctly abided in the Mahayana"? Because the Mahayana has no certainty, entering it and abiding in it are also uncertain. One should also ask about this: "What is the Mahayana?" The meaning is to ask what its own essence is. Because one travels through it, it is called "yana" (vehicle). Since there are no noble paths, places, travelers, and practitioners, entering and so on are unreasonable. Therefore, to determine the meaning of these, one should ask: "From where..." and so on. Others again take "how" from "Bhagavan, how...", and then add the tone of "like this", reciting it as: "What is the Mahayana? How can one know that one has correctly entered it?" Afterwards, in the questions and subsequent statements, one also recites "How can one know that one has correctly entered it?" Similarly, one also recites "correctly entered through the perfections" and so on. Similarly, one also recites "Bodhisattva Mahasattva definitely arises" and so on. However, it does not definitely arise from anywhere. It does not correctly enter through any means. Although it will not abide anywhere, it will abide in omniscient wisdom in a non-abiding manner. All of these recitations were not in the previous books, and there is no well-connected meaning, so they were placed there. If asked what is the reason for placing it again? In the commentary of the Arya Vimoksha Sangha, there are five types of questions: What is the Bodhisattva's Mahayana? How can one enter it?

Recite "To wisdom, to wisdom," and so on. Thus, because it is easy to combine with Abhisamaya, it is reasonable to recite there. Blessed Mother, because of truly entering the Great Vehicle, there was no previous question. And for this, how to truly enter the Great Vehicle, was previously asked. If the tone of "how" is removed, and "thus" etc. is established, then it is also irrelevant. Similarly, for the places and places stated, the recitation is irrelevant, it is the visible establishment. The Blessed One's answer is that, so-called "Great Vehicle" etc., even if the initial question is how to truly enter the Great Vehicle, but as long as the self-nature of the Great Vehicle is not stated, it cannot be accepted and established, so first the self-nature of the Great Vehicle is declared. "Immeasurable" etc., means the immeasurable vehicle. Conduct, thought, time, support, the meaning of sentient beings, and fruit, first of all, because it is immeasurable, it is immeasurable, conduct is all kinds of asceticism, that is the source of those sutras. Immeasurable thought is the thought of complete extinction. Time is the nature of having three countless kalpas. Support is truly held by the accumulation of merit and wisdom. The meaning of sentient beings is the nature of how samsara enters, matures, and liberates by karma. The fruit is the nature of the three bodies, the Buddha himself who does not abide in the nature of samsara and nirvana. Among them, the Dharmakaya is because of realizing the self-nature of the immeasurable Dharmadhatu. The Sambhogakaya is also immeasurable, because in the immeasurable Buddha-fields, with immeasurable forms, the immeasurable perfection is truly shown. The Nirmanakaya is also immeasurable, because it is immeasurable kinds of differences. Because it has such immeasurable dharmas, it is immeasurable.
