It was asked in order to name each one and explain in detail. The Blessed One said: Not having form, nor not having form, etc., because all dharmas from form, etc., up to omniscience are without substance, so it is shown that it is neither having nor not having anything. The realm of the conditioned is neither having nor not having. The realm of the unconditioned is neither having nor not having. This is because, previously, all dharmas from form, etc., up to omniscience were named one by one and explained in detail. In order to briefly summarize that meaning, or for the benefit of joyful beings, the realms of the conditioned and unconditioned are briefly shown. What is the reason for that? Because whatever becomes having or not having does not have such a nature, etc., this is to show the reason stated above. If something exists, then it can be said to be having or not having, but in the ultimate sense, all dharmas are empty of inherent existence. Since there is no substance, there is nothing that can become having or not having. This is a concluding statement. Subhuti, this is the concise Prajnaparamita of the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, etc. This is to say that, as explained above, all dharmas are empty of inherent existence, and since there is no substance, it is not having, nor is it not having. That very reason is to show that all dharmas are summarized into one taste of emptiness. This itself is the ultimate end of eliminating all obscurations of knowledge and afflictions, reaching the other shore of all meanings and being completely perfected, so it is called Paramita. The Bodhisattva Mahasattvas who are beginners should also learn this concise Paramita. This is to say that the Bodhisattvas who abide on the ground of adhimukti-carya should also learn by means of adhimukti-manasikara the meaning of this emptiness which is shown concisely. The term "beginner" refers to the Bodhisattva who abides on the ground of adhimukti-carya. The Bodhisattva abides on the ten bhumis and should also learn the concise.

It should be known that this means that Bodhisattvas, from the first to the tenth bhumi, should also study this condensed meaning by realizing the truth as it is. If a Bodhisattva Mahasattva who studies this condensed meaning, will understand the essence and the extensive meaning of all dharmas, this is to explain the benefits of studying the above meaning. The question, "O Bhagavan, is this realized by Bodhisattva Mahasattvas with sharp faculties?" is because among the retinue, there are various beings with sharp and dull faculties, and some of the dull-witted ones think, "Such a profound meaning is not something we can understand." In order to dispel their lazy minds, they asked this question. The Bhagavan said, "Subhuti, this can also be realized by Bodhisattva Mahasattvas with dull faculties." And so on, this means that this condensed profound meaning can be understood by all sharp and dull faculties, as long as they have faith, practice diligently, and all those who want to learn can learn and realize it. There is no one who cannot realize it, only the lazy, the unenthusiastic, the forgetful, and the distracted cannot realize it. Among them, the lazy are those who are attached to non-virtuous dharmas, and the unenthusiastic are those who are not interested in virtuous dharmas. Those who want to study the non-retreating ground, those who want to attain omniscience, can realize it. This means that the above-mentioned wanting to study can realize it, which specifies the object of wanting to study. If, as mentioned above, one studies the Prajnaparamita, etc., this means that, as mentioned above, one studies the Prajnaparamita, and after perfecting the six paramitas, if one wants to attain omniscience, one can obtain the benefits of being invulnerable to demons and being remembered and blessed by all Buddhas and Bhagavat. Why is that? For example,

Because the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who have arisen in the past, will arise in the future, and are arising in the present, arise from these six perfections, this shows the reason why the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, remember and bless. Because the Buddhas of the three times also became Buddhas by practicing this Perfection of Wisdom, therefore, when Bodhisattvas practice the Perfection of Wisdom, the Buddhas will remember and bless them in this way. Therefore, when a Bodhisattva, a great being, practices the Perfection of Wisdom, etc., it shows that the qualities of the Tathagata, such as the ten powers and the four fearlessnesses, etc., all those qualities that the Buddhas of the three times have already attained, are now attaining, and will attain in the future, are all derived from practicing this Perfection of Wisdom. Therefore, if I also practice this Perfection of Wisdom, I will also attain those qualities. By generating such a mind and striving diligently, one will quickly manifest and attain the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. One should not be separated from the thought of all-knowingness, and one should strive diligently in this Perfection of Wisdom. If a Bodhisattva, a great being, practices in this way for the sake of all-knowingness, even if he or she only recites the Perfection of Wisdom for a short time when young, the merit of that Bodhisattva, that great being, will greatly increase, etc. This shows that even if all sentient beings in the three thousand great thousand worlds were placed in the undefiled aggregates, and placed in the fruits such as stream-enterer, it would still not be as great as the merit gained from merely reciting the Perfection of Wisdom, and it also includes the reason for this. Subhuti, furthermore, even if it's just for a moment or a few days, etc., refers to placing all sentient beings in cyclic existence in the number of grains of sand in the Ganges River into the five undefiled aggregates, and placing them in the fruits such as stream-enterer.
