It abides in that. That abides in formations. That abides in consciousness, which means that the minds of the Tirthikas who adhere to permanence, their sphere of activity is that both the self and the world are truly permanent. Those who say such things, that is the truth, but others who speak of impermanence speak without understanding, so it is not true, it is meaningless and false. Those who say such things, in reality, there is no self, but they only speak by grasping the five aggregates as the self. This shows the knowledge of the sphere of activity of the mind that adheres to permanence. The self and the world are impermanent, that is the truth, but others are meaningless, that is abiding in form. That is abiding in feeling. That is abiding in perception. That is abiding in formations. That is abiding in consciousness, which shows the knowledge of the gathering of the minds of the Tirthikas who adhere to annihilation. Some Tirthikas think that both the self and the world are impermanent, that annihilation is the truth, but others such as those who adhere to permanence are false, meaningless. Those who say such things, in reality, there is no self at all. They grasp the five aggregates as the self and speak like that, the Tathagata knows and shows it as it really is. The self and the world are permanent and permanent, impermanent and impermanent, that is the truth, but others are meaningless, that is abiding in form. That is abiding in feeling. That is abiding in perception. That is abiding in formations. That is abiding in consciousness, which shows the knowledge of the spreading of the minds of the Tirthikas who impute that both permanence and annihilation exist. The Tirthikas who impute that both permanence and annihilation exist only speak based on the five aggregates, but there is nothing beyond the five aggregates that is called the self, which has the nature of both permanence and impermanence, understanding this, he knows and shows it as it really is. The self and the world are neither permanent nor impermanent, that is the truth, but others are meaningless, that is abiding in form. That is abiding in feeling.
