From "not grasping" to "consciousness is also not grasped," it refers to the fact that the constant practitioner, with a small amount of wisdom, individually examines phenomena such as form, and then shows the realization of non-appearance. That is, he has not seen the grasping of all phenomena that are empty of their own nature, which shows the reason for not grasping phenomena such as form as appearances. If one observes the constant practitioner separately, one will realize that phenomena such as form are empty of their own nature, and because one does not see that they can be grasped as appearances, it is shown that they have not been grasped as appearances. Why is that? It is as if he has not truly seen it in his heart in the way of realizing and obtaining wisdom, from "not grasping the faultless Dharma" to "not grasping the true extreme," this is the Prajnaparamita of the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, and in between is shown the proof of not grasping consciousness. In the above order, even the wisdom that realizes that all dharmas are without characteristics, also thinks that I have realized the differences of the dharmas that have not been realized with this wisdom, or thinks that I have obtained what has not been obtained, such wisdom is actually without substance. Therefore, not grasping like this is called not grasping consciousness. The so-called realization is the understanding of the meaning of all dharmas as they are. The so-called attainment refers to the attainment of the stages of the stream-enterer fruit, etc., and the differences in the qualities of supernatural powers, etc. In this way, even the wisdom that is the cause of realizing all dharmas and obtaining the differences in qualities, in reality, one cannot see that it exists inside my body, nor can one see that it exists outside, nor can one see that it exists in both inside and outside, nor can one see that it exists somewhere else other than both inside and outside. In order to show this, why is that? It is as if he has not truly seen it in his heart in the way of realizing and obtaining wisdom, and so on. The "he" in it refers to

The meaning of "the peripatetic knows all dharmas as signless" is this. Why is that? It is because he does not truly see the dharma by which he realizes, what is realized, and such a dharma that is realized. This means that the wisdom of realizing without signs shows that in the ultimate sense, the three things—the person who realizes, the consciousness by which he realizes, and the dharma that is realized—are not found. "He realizes by which dharma" refers to consciousness. "What is realized" refers to the person. "What is realized" refers to the object to be known, the meaning of dharma, what should be realized, and the distinction of qualities to be obtained. Such a dharma is shown to be not truly seen because there is no object of focus in the ultimate sense. Thus, for the sake of all dharmas, the consciousness of realization and attainment is shown to be absent in the inner body, the outer, both inner and outer, and other than those four. Furthermore, the consciousness that enters into each of the dharmas such as form and feeling is also shown to be absent in the inner, the outer, both inner and outer, and other than those. Therefore, it is said that he does not truly see wisdom within form, he does not truly see wisdom outside of form, and so on. The consciousness that individually understands and enters into worldly dharmas such as aggregates, elements, and sense bases, and supramundane dharmas such as perfections and factors of enlightenment, up to the true limit, is also shown to be not truly seen in the inner, the outer, both inner and outer, and other than those. The name "Garland of the Peripatetic" believes in this, meaning that after the peripatetic understands that name of not fully grasping consciousness, that peripatetic believes and has faith in the Prajnaparamita and the Omniscient One. The phrase "one who follows faith" is as previously explained. "Having made the nature of dharma the measure,"
