I, the perfectly enlightened one, assert that the nature of the arising and ceasing of the imputed is due to the non-existence of the nature of impermanence. It is taught that the very impermanence of form is empty by the very impermanence of form. What is the emptiness of the very impermanence of form? It is not the very impermanence of form. This means that the suchness of the very impermanence of form in the ultimate sense is not the nature of the very impermanence of form that is imputed. If that is the case, then there is the fault that the dharma and the dharmata become other. The answer is that there is no emptiness apart from the very impermanence of form, the very impermanence of form is emptiness, and emptiness is the very impermanence of form. It is said that the impermanence of reality, apart from suchness, the imputed impermanence of form, is not an existent thing, this has been shown. Similarly, it should be applied to the aggregates of feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness. O Blessed One, furthermore, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, he should not abide in making the mind dwell on "form is suffering," and so on. O Blessed One, in this way, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, he should not abide in making the mind dwell on "consciousness is four," and so on. This shows the proof that one should not abide in knowing that the nature of the five aggregates is suffering, selflessness, and the nature of peace. O Blessed One, furthermore, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, he should not abide in making the mind dwell on "form is empty," and so on. O Blessed One, in this way, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, he should not abide in making the mind dwell on "consciousness is without aspiration," and so on. This shows the proof that one should not abide in knowing that the five aggregates, such as form, are the door to liberation, emptiness, signlessness, and the nature of wishlessness. O Blessed One, furthermore, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva

When practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, one should not abide in the thought that "form is emptiness," from this sentence to "Bhagavan, therefore, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, he should not abide in the thought that 'consciousness is emptiness,'" this passage explains that one should know the emptiness of the five aggregates, such as form, without clinging to it. The term "emptiness" is another name for emptiness, because it is free from the object of grasping and the grasper. Bhagavan, furthermore, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, he should not abide in Suchness, from this sentence to "Bhagavan, therefore, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, he should not abide in the Limit of Reality," this passage explains that one should not cling to the dharmas belonging to the aspect of purification, such as Suchness, Dharmata, Dharmadhatu, Dharmakutata, and the Limit of Reality, by viewing them as virtues. Suchness and the like are merely different names for emptiness, and their characteristics are as previously described. The practice of not clinging to Dharmata has been explained above. Now, to show that clinging to dharmas and Dharmata will become the object of faults, it is said: Bhagavan, if a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, when practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, abides in form with a mind clinging to self and what belongs to self due to unskilled means, then he is practicing the manifestation of form, not practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, from this sentence to "Bhagavan, if a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, when practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, abides in the Limit of Reality with a mind clinging to self and what belongs to self due to unskilled means, then he is practicing the manifestation of the Limit of Reality, not practicing the Perfection of Wisdom," this passage explains that "due to unskilled means" means that dharmas are not real in ultimate truth.
