is the teacher. Because by studying these dharmas, one can reach the ultimate of all dharmas, therefore, one should rely on these dharmas, such as the Prajnaparamita, up to the Omniscience. Because it is the refuge for the world including Sravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, Bodhisattvas, as well as gods, humans, and asuras, it is taught with reason. Kausika, whether it is a son of a good family or a daughter of a good family, after the Tathagata has completely passed into Nirvana, in order to make offerings, build a stupa of seven precious jewels, with a height of one Yojana and a width of half a Yojana, from "is", this is what the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, have taught, and by learning it, all the dharmas of the Sravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who have appeared in the past, future, and present, will reach the other shore. Has reached! Has reached! Will reach! Until "will reach", build a stupa of seven precious jewels, with a height of one Yojana and a width of half a Yojana. Fill the Jambudvipa with such stupas of seven precious jewels to make offerings, and fill a thousand worlds

From "Those sons or daughters of good family, their merit will increase," to "Regarding the accumulation of merit, the previous accumulation of merit does not even approach one percent, not even one thousandth, one millionth, one hundred millionth, one billionth, ten billionth, one hundred billionth, one trillionth, nor can it be counted, compared, measured, or endured," this passage explains the reason for the previously mentioned great merit, that is, all the Buddha's teachings arise from this Prajnaparamita, and it mentions the merit of making many stupas with the seven precious substances and offering them. Compared to the previous merit, the merit of writing, upholding, and so on, this Prajnaparamita is even greater, thereby concluding and elucidating its meaning. Why is that? Because "Kaushika, as long as this Prajnaparamita exists in Jambudvipa, the Buddha Jewel will not disappear," to "Sentient beings will be matured, and Buddha-fields will be purified," this passage elucidates another reason for the great merit of writing, upholding, and so on, this Prajnaparamita. That is, by writing, upholding, and so on, this Prajnaparamita and making offerings, as long as it exists in the world, the Three Jewels will also exist in the world and will not disappear, the ten virtues and all the Buddha's teachings will appear in the world, the great and noble royal families and other virtuous people of the world, as well as the Four Great Kings and other gods of the desire realm and form realm, and the Stream-enterers and other supramundane noble ones, will all appear and abide in the world. This passage elucidates these benefits. Then, from "The gods of the retinue of the Four Great Kings in this three-thousand-great-thousand world-system," to "Unsurpassed perfect and complete enlightenment will appear in the world," this passage is where Indra, the lord of the gods, declares the benefits of Prajnaparamita to the gods of the retinue of the Four Great Kings and others.

If one upholds and embraces this Perfection of Wisdom, the Buddha's teachings will remain in the world for a long time, and all the Buddha's teachings will appear in the world. You should also uphold this Perfection of Wisdom, and so forth, as an exhortation and instruction. Then, the Blessed One spoke to Indra, the Lord of the Gods: Kauśika (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning), Kausika, कौशिका kauśika, Kausika, you should uphold this Perfection of Wisdom. Why is that? Kauśika (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning), Kausika, कौशिका kauśika, Kausika, because in this Perfection of Wisdom, whether it is the Dharma of the Hearers, or the Dharma of the Solitary Buddhas, or the Dharma of the Bodhisattvas, or even the Dharma of the Buddhas, all the Dharmas of the aspects of Enlightenment are included. If one upholds and embraces this Perfection of Wisdom, the enemies of the Asuras will retreat, and even if signs of being born in the lower realms appear when gods and goddesses pass away, they will not be born in the lower realms but will be born in the higher realms. Just hearing this Perfection of Wisdom, the roots of virtue will gradually become the cause of unsurpassed, perfect, and complete Enlightenment. The Tathagatas of the three times and their retinues have also studied this Perfection of Wisdom and then attained complete Nirvana. After mentioning such benefits, because of having such benefits, Indra, you should also uphold and embrace this Perfection of Wisdom, and so forth, as an instruction to Indra. Indra replied: Blessed One, for example, this Perfection of Wisdom is the Great Mantra of Knowledge, and all the way to the point that all-knowingness exists in the world. Just as the power of mantras prevents harm from poison and weapons, and one can conquer enemies, so too, through the power of upholding the Perfection of Wisdom, poison and weapons cannot harm, and one can conquer enemies. Therefore, this Perfection of Wisdom is the Mantra of Knowledge and has great power, as it shows its benefits. In this regard, knowledge
